Hoshi's POV (Kuro's POV)
Because of this, I decided to reveal to Bokuto who I am. So, I said to him, "I am Hoshi's other self, Kuro." Bokuto was shocked to hear that, and his eyes became big for a few seconds. "What?"
"Yeah, that's true, Bokuto-kun. Sorry for hiding this from you."
My right gray eye was still burning with magic, but it wasn't painful.
But, as I feared for the worst, Bokuto looked at me with a sparkling look in his eyes. "That was so awesome."
He then dropped his manga book, producing a slight thud sound on the ground.
"What? You do?" I asked back while being surprised.
Bokuto then picked up his book and nodded. "Yes."
"Are you sure?"
"Yes, I didn't know that at first, but now I know."
"Okay, are we still friends?"
Bokuto then nodded. "Yes, still and forever."
And so, after I retracted my scythe back into a kunai knife and Bokuto picked up his kunai knife, we went home to my house. The reason why is that Bokuto wants to hear all about me.
Later, at 4:49 p.m., we arrived home.
"I'm home," I greeted as I opened the front door.
But, I heard some footsteps coming towards us.
It was Mariya, who then asked me, "Hoshi-kun! Are you okay?"
But then, she gasped when she glanced at me, as Kuro. "Oh, no, is that you, Kuro-kun?"
"Yes, he is," Bokuto responded on our behalf.
She then looked at him. "You saw it?"
Bokuto then nodded to say yes. "But I won't tell anyone about it."
I then reverted back to being the normal Hoshi, with my right grey eye deactivating itself.
After that, we entered the living room while Mariya headed to the kitchen to prepare some drinks. Bokuto then reached for the remote control and turned on the TV, before switching between channels to find something that was his type. Later, as we enjoyed our lemonade drink, I told Bokuto about Kuro and his abilities, including our father's scythe. Bokuto was amazed and promised that he would do anything to keep it a secret, even to his grave. I then considered the last part as too much so I objected. Bokuto was nice to accept my objection.
I then looked at Mariya. "Hey, onee-san, you have a shorter shift today?"
"Yes, because I worked too hard this week, so they rewarded me with a shorter shift for today," Mariya replied back as she held her glass of lemonade with ice cubes.
"Nice!"
"Yes, it was a rewarding one for me, I guessed."
She then chuckled a bit in embarrassment.
Later, at 5:13 p.m., Bokuto decided to go home, as usual after visiting my home. So, as he grabbed his bag and manga book and left, me and my older sister waved goodbye to him, ending our fun time as friends.
