Chapter 64 – the district of foreign merchants and a ‘lost’ woman from a ‘foreign’ boat

Later on, by 1:03 p.m., Hoshi and his group were done eating their delicious lunch, and Hoshi and Mariya paid for their expensive meal, before the six of them stood up, grabbed their belongings, and left the restaurant. Their next destination for the afternoon hours in the Kitano-cho, which is a former residential area of foreign merchants. So, all of them went there at the foot of the Rokko Mountain Range.

 There they entered the district, which was a bit bustling with visitors and tourists. The various, foreign-style buildings gave a nice appeal to them. The group is now walking across the district's streets while gazing at the buildings. Some of them are also interested in paying the fees to enter some of the historical buildings. Their stroll started to cover the majority of the district, and Hoshi, Saki, and Sha entered one of the buildings.

 Upon entering it, the three of them paid the individual admission fee. Now walking into the historical building, they started to explore its cultural and historical interior and rooms.

 But meanwhile, the entity in the mysterious-looking boat had landed ashore at a coastal area in the city, and she came out with her foreign-looking purse, before starting to walk away from it and towards the city. Her destination is the Kitano-cho district. Her reasons for her arrival and intended visit to that district remained unknown.

 Back at Kitano-cho, the rest of Hoshi's group is now at another building, called the Platon Decorative Arts Museum, exploring after paying slightly different individual admission fees. Taro was fascinated by its Italian vibe and style, and Mariya identified some of those Italian memorabilia with her knowledge of Italian culture. Bokuto gazed at its décor as well.

 Meanwhile, at the other building, which is the Dutch Museum and Fragrance House, Hoshi, Sha, and Saki went upstairs to its second floor and browsed its rooms and hallways. The three of them were amazed by its Dutch vibe, feeling as if they had entered Dutch soil. The furniture and the tableware from the Netherlands gave the room an authentic look and a feeling of time travel. The building's rules forbade them and all visitors to touch any of the historical items in the place to prevent any damage to them. Hoshi and his two friends obliged out of respect for the building's history and culture. The same goes for Mariya, Bokuto, and Taro at the Platon Decorative Arts Museum. Their exploration ended 32 minutes later, and they went to other historical buildings in the district, which then lasted until 4:34 p.m.

But then, at another building, Hoshi was leaving it when suddenly, he saw a beautiful woman, dressed in a set of elaborate European-style clothes and carrying a strange-looking purse in her hands. Assuming that she was just a visitor, Hoshi catch up with her while saying, "Hey! Excuse me, ma'am!" His group was about to leave the building at this time. But the woman Hoshi was catching up to was actually an entity, or, a yokai.
