Still Preparing

"This is the design I made based on the blueprint and 3d rendering you sent," Isabella says. I'm at Jake's place, Grand Empire Valley, to discuss the interior design of the old shop I plan to renovate to attract more customers. The designs look wonderful and majestic! That definitely looks modern and surely will attract more customers. She really lives up to her reputation as the best interior designer in the town.

I ask her to email me the design and I'll pay her right after she sends it. We talk a lot after that like Jake's women's conditions with pregnancies. They are all healthy and maybe they will give birth three months later if nothing terrible happens. After that, we say goodbye to each other. Before my leg crosses the door border, I wish good luck for them and jokingly said to invite me over when they have the baby. We exchange laughs and they say they promise to bring me over.

I get out of the room and the guard waiting for me, escorts me downstairs to the lobby, and I greet the receptionist before stepping out of the building. I take a deep breath and exhaled, that was something. Will I ever achieve this kind of level? Maybe not and it's not like I want to. I'm happy with my current life.

It's afternoon and Erika should be finished school by now. Maybe I'll call her to eat outside as I'm too lazy to cook anything. I call her, and she says that she is on her way to go back home but after I told her that we will eat outside, she immediately asks the restaurant's location and will be there before me. ...Why do I feel like she knows I'm gonna ask her that and purposely walk slowly on her way back? I hope I'm wrong.

Then, I walk to the meeting location to meet my 'beloved sister' and by the time I enter the restaurant, she's already there, sitting on the chair, waiting for me with excitement. God, please tell me she doesn't order anything yet. Show me a sign or anything, ...God? Oh, you won't help me, huh? Just wait.

As soon as I enter the place, she notices me and immediately call me with her hand waving to me in the sky. A few people look at me but instantly continue minding their own business. I walk to the table and sit opposite her as I'm not just want to eat together with her, I also want to discuss the matter of her joining the team in renovating the old shop.

I ask her if she has ordered anything and she says not yet. Thank God. I call the waitress by snapping my fingers and she immediately comes to us to get our order. Before I was able to say out my order, she greets me and says that she recognizes me from the cafe where I usually hang out with my old buddies.

I awkwardly laugh and ask her if she works there. It's not like I've something to hide but to be instantly recognized like this really reminds me of the old days. The days when I used to be known to all people in that place. Not noticing that I was in my thought, she shake her head and says that she occasionally hang out with her friends too at the cafeteria. That's a relief, I think.

She notices Erika and waving to her, asks if she is my younger sister. I affirm it and let her do the job. Erika introduces herself, keeping the unnecessary information about her as they just meet, like me. What's weird is that the waitress never says her name to us as if she doesn't want us or from what I see, my sister to know about her. She must has plan something and I don't think I like it.

Realizing that she's not taking our order yet, she apologizes and prepares with a pen and a note to write down the order. After we order the food, she apologizes again and tells us to wait for the food to arrive.

"Big bro, do you think what I'm thinking?" Erika asks.

"If you talk about the waitress purposely not saying her name, then yeah, I do."

"Yeah, what the deal with her? She suddenly greets us... or you, being friendly and smiling at me like she's some kind of big sister yet never introduced herself or at the very least says her name. I suspect that she wants something from you and she doesn't want anybody, like me to know her true intentions."

She's right, I think the same thing too but I can't guess what is it that she wants. I guess we will see after we were done eating. She may ask to talk with me alone before we go back.

After waiting for 10 minutes, the food arrives, bring by the same waitress who was friendly with us, wishing for us to have a nice lunch while smiling from ear to ear. Now it starts to get creepy. Ignore that face, we eat our food in silence and it takes us half an hour to finish it. All I can say is that the food was delicious and had its own taste, different from all the other food I've tried.

Now that everything is clear and no one would probably interrupt our time, I start the conversation with the topic of her joining the project. She tilts her head a bit to the side, confuse as to why I bring this subject to the table. Out of the blue, she makes a harsh comment on my promise, saying that I lied to her to make her shut up and saying that I gave her the tasks to distract her from interrupting me whenever I roll out the plan. I know that she's just joking, but man, that's hurt.

After recovering from the attack, I cough up and explain what she needs to do before, during, and after the project is done. Well, the 'before' part was done already.

While Kai and Erika having their talk, a certain woman standing behind a pillar, sneak peek at him with a hungry face, her right hand is at her crotch while the other hand constantly copes her breast, holding herself from coming. Her body constantly twitching and her moan can be heard by people nearby. They start getting uncomfortable and call her out about her 'movement'. She ignores them, falling deep inside her pleasure.

They can't deal with this anymore and decide to get away from this crazy waitress. All kinds of thoughts played inside her mind, and all of it has Kai in them. But, she can't do anything as he is still talking with his sister. Bitch, go away from him! He's mine! She thoughts to herself.

Kai, on the other hand, is deep in his conversation with Erika, not noticing that a stalker has been watching him for a while.
