Life is so perfect right now. Yesterday we found out about Aunt Caitlin's baby. Well, hers and Uncle Dominic's. I had my first date, even though it didn't go all that well at all. And I was feeling like even more of a true member of this house. It was all perfect. I was actually happy. Now that I was letting myself be happy, confident and strong, I didn't need to be afraid or scared at all. This new feeling was amazing and made me really content.
Today, I was training with Uncle Dominic in the garden. We were going to be practicing some advanced wind magic. I had been looking forward to learning more and more of his magic with each passing lesson. He was an amazing mage and I wanted to know all that he knew. Even though I knew that he was studying me and learning from my magic, he was teaching me at the same time. We were teaching each other.
