Finding My Way Part 4

**ADDIE'S POV**

"Did you see what you wanted to see?" My wolf asked me in a sorrow filled voice. Maybe she was affected by my current state. Or maybe she had found the scenes to be as heartbreaking as I had. Whatever the cause for it, she was clearly upset by what had happened in the memory.

"Uhm, y..yeah. I did." I wiped my eyes and nose as I spoke. "Th..thank you." I needed to pull myself together.

"Of course. This is a journey of self discovery after all. What would it be if you didn't learn something new?" I could tell that she was not trying to make that sound like a joke, so I ignored the way that the words made me feel. "Shall we move on now?" She asked me as she finally turned to look up at me. I could tell by the watery eyes that met me that my wolf had actually been crying. That made me feel a little better about the situation. My wolf had cried for me. She had helped me to shed that sorrow and now, surprisingly, I was feeling much better than before.
