Chapter 71- Addie – Ursool Part 26 Volume 4

***ADDIE'S POV***

The carriage with Holmes landed less than twenty feet in front of us. Nolan and I didn't flinch at all, but I sensed that the men behind me did. They had never really experienced the flying carriages, or that was my opinion anyway.

Once the large carriage was in place, the doors flew open. Holmes didn't wait for any guards or attendants. In his anger, he was moving swiftly and brashly.

"Where is the traitor?" he demanded as he looked at the men behind me. I once again sensed that each of them flinched.

"He is inside, under guard. These men here are the ones who chose to join me or are serving their punishment as an attendant to me."

"And you trust them?" Holmes growled the words at them. "How could you trust that they will not turn their back on you?"
