Chapter 4- Addie – Preparing for the Wedding Part 4 Volume 4

***ADDIE'S POV***

"Addie!" Callum called out enthusiastically when I walked into the room. "I have wanted some time with just you and me." He rushed over and hugged me. "Thank you for bringing her to me, Hunter. Did you get that issue off your chest?"

"I did, thank you King Callum." Hunter bowed his head to him. "If that will be all, I shall take my leave. Please, call when you need to be escorted back, Princess Addie."

"Thank you, Hunter, but why don't you take the rest of the day off. I can have Uncle Orson take me back." I hoped he knew I wanted him to go see Ginger. She was off today as well, so it would be a good time for him.

"Yes, of course." He smiled and nodded, seemingly understanding.

"What was that about?" Callum asked as he steered me into the room and toward a tea service waiting for us. "Anything important?"

"No, it's nothing. Just some things on his mind, that's all. Nothing to worry about."
