Chapter 3- Addie – Looking Different (Volume 2)

**ADDIE'S POV**

"Oh my, Princess Addie, your hair!" Violet's gasp made me know that there was something very wrong. She was looking at me with wide eyes that were full of fear. I was able to sense the emotions in her better than I had been before. That was why I had been shocked when Nolan had said that my wolf was gorgeous. I felt a sort of heat coming off of him that had absolutely nothing to do with anger and everything to do with desire. I don't know how I knew that it was desire, I just did. And that had surprised me more than I thought that it would.

"Wh..what is wrong with my hair?" I asked her. My hand moving toward my head.

I knew that I was back to normal. I had felt the uncomfortable, yet not quite painful, transformation back into my human form. I hadn't even looked in a mirror and seen my wolf form in real life yet. I had only ever seen it in the mirror and in my head. I knew what I had looked like though, so that was fine. I could see it later.
