Here, is the place where all Knowledge in all of Existence, be it Past, Present or Future, is gathered. However, not everyone can reach here, as the Cafè finds you. -------------------------------------------------------------- The MC finds himself floating in the void, only to meet a kind old man, willing to give him 3 wishes. So, what does the MC do? Conquer worlds? "Why would I? Too much of a hassle for me." As such he decides to open a multiversal Bookcafè, gaining Regulars from all over the Multiverse. This is my very first novel and English isn't my first language, so I'd be glad for every constructive critic you can give, and will try my best to integrate your critic. Also, please don't expect too many Updates, as I am still a Student.

Azazel

"Welcome to the Akashik Cafè, leader of Grigori, Azazel!"

The man, Azazel, was immediately on guard, ever since the very moment he stepped through the door. Though, this might have been caused by disconnecting him from everything he was connected to on the outside. Can't have someone do a lifestream to people who don't belong into the store, now do we?

"Who are you? And where am I? Because I am certain, that I'm not in any of the realms I know of."

"Indeed, you're not. This is the Akashik Cafè, a multiversal Bookcafè under my supervision. In here, you receive the possibility of obtaining knowledge from all over the multiverse, be it secret knowledge, ancient tomes, heartales or even future knowledge from your universe and others, including all timelines and dimensions in between. As such, we are currently in another dimension, dedicated solely to this humble cafè.

As for who I am, as I have said, I am the owner of this place, Rei Suzuki. And before you ask: No, I didn't explicitly choose you, I simply gave my door a few specifications, and it randomly picked you and brought you here."

"What?! You claim to hold all that knowledge in here? That should not be possible! And even if you did, how would one gain access to it? I mean, there would simply be too much information to find the one you need!"

"Oh, it is very much possible, as this dimension and I myself possess a direct connection to the akashik records, therefore the name of this cafè. And as to how you can access the knowledge? The cafè itself judges, which information you want or need the most at this moment, while also making sure to not break certain taboos."

"That... if that is the case then it could most certainly bepossible, but still... how? And what do you mean by 'taboos'?"

"I could, but won't explain to you how this happened. As to what I mean by taboos, that would be stuff like giving you the means to destroy souls or corrupting/harmfull knowledge and techniques. You get what I mean."

"Wh-?! You know what? I'll just stop asking. So, what happens now?"

"Now, I will give you a short rundown on everything in here. But first, take this."

Rei then gave Azazel a card which had the exact same design as the one he gave to Professor Dubledore before. Upon receiving it, Azazel looked at it from all sides, as if to make sure he didn't miss anything.

"This card not only allows you access to this place at any time and place, but also allows for communication with other visitors, much like a messenger app. It is soulbound to you, so you don't have to worry about it falling into the hands of others. Once you enter, you will then receive a book the cafè deems suitable. After that you can then take a seat and read your book. During this time it is also possible for you to order food and drinks from me, for you to consume while reading. Afterwards, you may choose to enter the 'Trialpods' as I like to call them. In there you can experiment with whatever knowledge or technique you have obtained without having to worry about any backlashes. The inherent system will judge the safety of whatever you are doing and you can, theoretically, try an infinite amount of times, with an infinite amount of whatever material you desire. Do keep in mind however, that the results shown inside will not be reflected in the real world and that you will only retain you knowledge and experiences.

If you need to leave at a certain time you may set an alarm, which will only be heard by you and me, in case you don't hear it.

When you're about to leave, you can choose to pay with artifacts or creatures belonging to you. You do not need to bring them here, since as long as they are indeed your possession they will be transferred directly into the corresponding space here. Do you have any questions whatsoever?"

"Yes, I do. Is it possible for me to bring other people here with me?"

"While that is indeed possible, for you bring them with you, they will need to be in search or need of knowledge and cannot have an evil soul. By that I don't mean that they can't do something bad, but rather, that they are not completely evil or insane."

"I see... In that case I would like to try and read my very first book, if that's alright?"

"Very well."

And with that a book came flying towards Azazel, stoping right in front of him. When he looked at the title, he could see the words 'Basic introduction to ancient runes'.

'Ancient Runes? Huh, guess I'll one-up that old man Odin on this one eventually.'

He then immediately went ahead and took a seat in one of the chairs standing around. Once he was seated he asked Rei "Hey, can I get some alcohol and a few snacks to go with them?"

"Sure, just wait for a bit, I'll go and bring 'em to you."

"Thanks"

About a minute later Rei came back to Azazel and put a tray in front of him. On top of the tray there was a plate filled with roasted cheesesticks, exuding an extremely alluring scent. Next to the plate, there was a glass with ice and a bottle filled with alcohol in a beautiful, glistening amber colour. Once Azazel took a sip and bite from each, he could feel himself becoming calmer and more receptive. 'This is good- no- this is the best thing I have ever eaten and drunk! I doubt even the ambrosia of those greeks would even come close to this!'

Then he continued reading, from time to time taking a sip or bite. Soon he was finished with the book and had only a few cheesesticks left.

"Hey, can I take the rest of the cheesestick with me when I leave?"

"Sure, you can take the rest with you, but remember that we don't do take-outs."

'Alright!'

"Thanks! So, can I enter one of those 'Trialpods' of yours now? I really wanna test this new knowledge of mine."

"Sure, just come over here and I will show you how."
