I don't know why people like this type of masochistic story,where the hero rapes the heroine and she can't do anything as she is so dumb.And people are eagerly waiting for the next chapters, also supporting it. there are so many stories with strong fl why don't you support them?? If it happens in your real life and you have to bear the torture of a man like this ,will you support this ? Please ban this type of stories. We women also have self respect, we're not doormat.
If you dont love reading about dumb, spineless, weak, doormats getting used and abused by everyone around them. I reccomend you skip this novel. Every single main character is beyond saving. And most of the sidecharacters too. (Like the maid who felt bad about directly leading 2 characters to rape and be raped, but went ahead and did it anyway.) In all of the free chapters there was literally 1 character I didnt outright hate. And if he'd been around for more than 3 sentences during a phonecall, I'm sure the author would make me hate him too. I do not reccomend reading this if you have any standards at all. The translation quality is great though, good job translator! Shame they got stuck with this garbage.
This author personally offends me ecause of this work. Author has rh e male lead repeadtly rape the female lead yet is afraid to use the actual word rape despite writing about it and the terrible abuse the female lead suffers. Complete hypocrite. There is no redeeming the male lead and I have deep suspicions that the author simply likes writing about spousal abuse and rape. Avoid this novel, it's trash. Read something that has actual romance in it from this selection like "She became a heart breaker"
There will be swearing. My apologies. I am sorry but I am unable to read such a disgusting book. The way the ML is treating MC is horrifying. He isn’t man. He is beast unsuitable to be called human. Such a fxcking piece of shxt. MC can be a spineless doormat but fxcking hell, that’s not the reason to treat her like that. Yeah, there is some kind of misunderstanding. So what. If you hate somebody, deal with it like a man and no like a fxcking piece of garbage. Man is somebody who has normal moral compass. Man is somebody who try to be better than he is. Man is in no way looser who vent his anger on weaker people. He loved her? What a sick joke. If you love somebody, you won’t bear to hurt him or her. I am so angry after reading this. I was nearly crying in some scenes and I was just plainly pissed off in the rest. The MC just lost all the worth in my eyes and what he done is cathegorized as something that just can’t be forgiven.
The first few chapters until 16 make my heart broken. It gives me a 'Bringing the nation's husband home' vibe. I'm not sure now if I want to continue to read this because I don't like to read sad novels, if you want to hurt yourself, then this novel is for YOU. However, I will give the novel a try until I finish all the trial read.
I couldn't stomach the toxicity of this relationship. I don't know why the author thinks that MCs can't be kind and protective. The writer sadly prefers the kind of protection that emotionally bashes the FL from most of the people she encounters and that is not my cup of tea. Warning there is also forceful coitus with nary an apology in sight. I thought the 60 chapters would have some redeeming qualities but sadly no. For those who enjoy bashing as a form of love you are free to read.
It got selected but im too afraid to continue reading, this kind of plot gives me horrible feeling..its like the one Back then, i adored you...were its really frustrating..too much heartache and misunderstanding might as well make the FL mute so she couldnt talk at all rather than having mouth but cant voice out her grievances and just accept whatever that jackass of an ML do! Grrrrr i will continue “lurking” here and find out whats going on before i continue reading
This is very frustrating. So far, this is not a story of empowerment or self actualization. Very deceptive teaser. You think the FL wins back the ML by getting over him and becoming so awesome that he has to chase her? HAHAHAHAHAHHA. Naw. She just keeps whining in her head about all the things she has “no choice” in until she’s set up for sexual assault and sold off like chattel. This is AFTER her big independence journey of working abroad for three years. ML is also stupid. As in, “I don’t believe you’re a successful business tycoon, you’re so fundamentally stupid.” Five stars for translation. TL does a really good job and is wasted on this story.
