Chapter 1 : First Arc - The Orphan White Lotus.

I found myself looking in a mirror. There I saw a reflection of a young man whose

hair is platinum blonde, almond eyes and under his right eye a small mole that looks

like an accessory, and small but plump lips. Then I realize that the reflection I'm

looking at is mine.

My face was 10 years younger, and touching my hair felt a little

strange. I always dyed my hair black to look more like my parents'. Sighing I put

down the mirror and let myself fell into the bed.

It's really strange huh?

The plot takes place in one of the cities in New York. The world's protagonist is a

woman named Lily. Lily was abandoned at the orphanage when she was just an infant,

so she grew up sharing her bed with other kids and not knowing what it warmth

have a parent who cares for her and loves her.

At first, she was envious of other kids at the orphanage and also hoped that some rich and lovely couple would adopt her. But as time went by, and she was at the age of 16, she started losing hope. Hence, she spent all her time studying and looking for a part-time job.

At the age of 18, she left the orphanage and started living on her own. One day while she was walking on her way home when she heard someone groaning in pain in the alleyway. Driven by curiosity she went to look and there found a man who was covered in blood. She found out

that the man's name is Alvin. At first, she was afraid of him, but later on, decided to

Confused, for a moment Mingyue was about to ask the entity inside his mind when the a mechanical voice interrupted him.

The name of the body he residing to is Max Smith. Max is the youngest son of the rich couple that runs and owned the The SMITH's Corp. He was mostly raised by his grandparents in the Country C, although Max knew that he had a two older siblings, he never really got to spend time more with them. Both his parents passed away when he was still only just a baby. His elder brother and sister were forced to take over their family business early, Max was sent to their grandparents to be raised. So growing he was dependent and protective with his grandparents. He only met his sibling when there is an important family occasion.
