Arriving at Weinstell Square, the place that stood at the centre of the city and where all the local shops took residence, all of our gazes were drawn to what had emerged in the square all of a sudden, exactly five years ago.
The newest major addition to our city, and the thing that rapidly became a world-renowned landmark for tourists and other sightseers.
The World Tree.
"..."
"It's still just as big as ever, huh... No, has it grown slightly?"
With narrowed eyes, Emir stared towards the top of the tree that pierced the sky. I didn't know what he was trying to do by putting on that act, but it was obviously impossible to tell whether or not the tree had grown from down here.
Looking the World Tree up and down, I recalled the red-haired wizard who once explained to us its existence. Approaching the tree's base with Sona by my side, we felt a gentle, warm energy fill the area; in the next moment, a soft voice flowed through our heads.
