I never wanted a marriage like this. My dream marriage is with a husband I love and he loves me too. But, now I have to marry on the basis of money. It's a huge amount of money that I can't earn even if I have to work hard for the rest of my life. What hurts even more, my future husband is still in love with his first love. Should I endure this broken heart and loveless marriage?
"Really I can't let you outside even for a second. Can't you be alert and not reckless, just for once?" Darren shook his head at his wife's unusually worrying behavior.
"Do you know who was in the car?" Calista sat in the back passenger seat with Darren.
"I do not want to know." Darren replied still annoyed with Calista's carelessness just now.
"Lewis. Is he in Bali on an assignment?" Calista tilted her shoulder to face Darren out of curiosity.
Darren furrowed his brows. Lewis? He did say he was going to work out of town. But, in Bali or not I forget. Darren thought.
"Are you sure it's Lewis?" Darren began to listen to what Calista said.
Calista nodded approvingly.
"Huh, I don't know. And, just let him go where it's none of my business. Now let's go back to the hotel and get ready." Darren answered while looking at Calista's eyes sparkling.
"Are we going back to Jakarta?" Calista hopes to return home soon so that he can go to Jogja as well.
