I never wanted a marriage like this. My dream marriage is with a husband I love and he loves me too. But, now I have to marry on the basis of money. It's a huge amount of money that I can't earn even if I have to work hard for the rest of my life. What hurts even more, my future husband is still in love with his first love. Should I endure this broken heart and loveless marriage?
"From home straight here. If you are busy, get on with your work. I brought my laptop here so I can hitch a ride too. Let me have a friend, hehe …" Calista replied as he took his laptop bag and took out its contents.
"I have a meeting in two hours. I don't want to leave you alone again. Later you are in this room. DON'T GO ANYWHERE!" Darren said, emphasizing the last two sentences by gritting his teeth. "I'll have Ivan carefully watch over this outer door," he said again.
"Yeah-yeah, I'm not going anywhere else," Calista said while opening the laptop and pressing the power button in the upper left corner. Darren ruffled his wife's head, to which Calista roared as her braided hair became a mess.
"What do you want to eat?"
"I just had breakfast two hours ago," Calista answered while reading the emails in her inbox.
