I never wanted a marriage like this. My dream marriage is with a husband I love and he loves me too. But, now I have to marry on the basis of money. It's a huge amount of money that I can't earn even if I have to work hard for the rest of my life. What hurts even more, my future husband is still in love with his first love. Should I endure this broken heart and loveless marriage?
"Hahaha, I'm not that crazy." He answered again, then downed his drink in a clear bottle.
"So what? Quickly tell me, don't make me curious!" Likha was excited not to play with Lewis' secretive attitude.
"Marry me." Lewis's sharp eyes and flat face made Likha blink and gape in disbelief at what she heard.
"W-what?" As if her feet didn't touch the earth, Likha stepped back until her body stopped moving because of the sofa chair behind her.
"Marry me, and your 500 million will be paid off right away," Lewis replied.
"Marry? Marriage is a very sacred thing. I don't want to mess with marriage. I want to marry a man I love, and he loves me too." Likha said so many sentences that, without realizing it, Lewis walked slowly towards the body of a woman who couldn't back down because of the sofa behind her.
