CHAPTER 3 - THE TRUTH

"Firstly you have to keep in mind that there are Gods of Life and Gods of Death. I am of the latter category. After a human dies it is the duty of a God of Death to guide the human to the cycle of reincarnation that is after we wipe their memories of their previous life... Once we guide them to the Cycle of Reincarnation it is the duty of a God of Life to accompany the soul through the cycle and see to it that they have a new body and no memory of their previous life.

Gods of Life and Gods of Death are equally reliant on each other thanks to this method. There is not much of a difference between us other than our duty's .

Gods of Death live along with the Gods of Life at a kingdom created by our Emperor. Our Emperor fell into a deep sleep after creating you humans so the one reigning in his stead is his first son. Any questions so far...?"

" I don't believe you yet but Let me ask you this.. Why did your Emperor create humans if guys as high and mighty like you existed.."

"Hmm.. Well in our Realm ranks are given to us according to our Power Status. The highest rank was that of the Emperor whereas the lowest rank was that of a peasant. The man that created you guys was obviously the highest so he was given the rank Emperor. My father on the other hand was second and got the rank Grand Duke...

The Emperor created Humans because he.. Um.. Well he was bored and had no entertainment so he made Humans who didn't have a drop of Power in them. He wished to see what kind of lives you'd lead even without powers as great as ours..

He had two sons later and went to an eternal sleep because he exhausted much of his powers by making you humans.. He created the Cycle of Reincarnation and gave us duty's by splitting us to two that day. That man couldn't find in him the will to end you humans so we went along with it. I was born a bit after that.. Did that answer your question..?"

"I suppose it did.. But how do you know all this.. How do you know the reason why he made us humans if you weren't born during that time..?"

"I heard all about it from my father a bit before he-..."
