"Oh..." Tang Yuran came back to her senses, scratching the back of her head awkwardly and looked at him as if she suddenly remembered that Teacher Zhang had already mentioned his name and she had also repeated it during her introduction. Asking again really wasn't good.

After giving her a glance, Gu Yu turned his head back and continued to listen to Teacher Zhang speak.

Having been asked that question by him earlier, Tang Yuran didn't dare to keep staring at him and had to listen to the class attentively.

"I do," Tang Yuran nodded emphatically, she liked anything that was edible.

"Here, you take it," Gu Yu said as he pushed his plate and teacup toward Tang Yuran.

"Huh?" Tang Yuran was stunned for a moment, then looked at him questioningly and asked, "Aren't you going to eat it?"

"No," Gu Yu replied with certainty.

"Oh, then give it to me," Tang Yuran didn't inquire further about why he wasn't eating and joyfully took his snack to her side, quickly finishing it off.

Gu Yu watched this scene, astonished at the speed with which Tang Yuran ate.

"Tang Yuran!!" Teacher Zhang's voice suddenly rang out behind them, "Why did you eat Gu Yu's snack?"

"I..." Tang Yuran turned around, with bread still in her mouth that she hadn't finished chewing and swallowing, so she could only stare at Teacher Zhang with her round, wide eyes, unable to say a word.

"I told her to eat it," Gu Yu glanced at Tang Yuran and then answered calmly.

"Why??" Teacher Zhang asked, looking at Gu Yu curiously.

"Don't like it," Gu Yu answered crisply and directly.

"Children shouldn't be picky eaters," Teacher Zhang crouched down, speaking to Gu Yu patiently, "You need a balanced diet to grow tall in the future, you know?"

Gu Yu was silent for a moment, then measured Tang Yuran, who was half a head shorter than him, and said matter-of-factly, "I think she needs to grow taller more."

"You..." Teacher Zhang was left speechless by his remark.

Tang Yuran looked at Gu Yu with admiration, feeling that he really cared about her.

In the afternoon, they had physical education class.

"Physical education class" for the kindergarten kids meant going outside to the playground to play games and frolic around.

Tang Yuran's favorite was physical education class, as Big Elephant Brother would always lead them in doing many fun games.

She looked back at Gu Yu, who was drawing inside the classroom, hesitated, and finally asked, "Gu Yu, aren't you going to physical education class??"
