The real one

Yohaan looked at his colleagues, who were hesitant to open those files. Even after ten seconds they wouldn't dare to open it. To help them, he asked Pearl.

"What is this?"

"Read it yourself. You have your own eyes." She simply replied.

"..."

Rishi again tried his best to not laugh, but Pearl's every answer was savage and to the point.

Yohaan's mouth with Jonas's got shut. What confused both of them the most was them not getting those files. Among all of them, they were the worst and stood up against them the most. However, they got nothing.

Finally, those directors opened the files. Gradually they started reading those contents. "This..."

Their palms started sweating profusely. Amit's hand started trembling in fear. They couldn't believe what they were grasping.

The whole file was full of their so called good deeds for their company or were the scandals which not in this world can be handled by them if they went out.

Few pages were either about their bribing someone or were about their indulgence in prostitution.

Before Yohaan or Jonas or Navi could see what was happening or could read anything from that file, all four of them closed it together at once.

Mr. Smith looked at Pearl and pointed his finger at her as he yelled. "You! How can you do that to your own company's directors! It would stain your name too!"

"I'll manage that."

Vipul remembered the details of the files. He couldn't imagine where it all started. They decided to stand against her recently, but those papers of their bribing were too detailed. It's impossible for someone to collect so much on them in so little time.

"You did this from the very start?"

To that question, Rishi came forward with a cheeky smile. Raising his one hand up he proudly said. "Well for that, credit goes to me. It's me who collected all your dirty work."

Pearl rolled her eyes but didn't say anything.

However, Ajay almost raised his hand to slap the back of his head. "Hmm. It's his hard work. Please say thank you to him before going out. You can do it personally too."

"Sir…" Rishi groaned with a pout unhappily.

"What? You wanted the recognition." Ajay replied sternly.

Although Rishi did those works, it was ordered to him by someone else. A person, Rishi, with no guards around him, must not have any enemies against him. Ajay wasn't concerned with the recognition factor.

In fact, he was sure that Pearl would never do any wrong to Rishi in any way. What concerned him was the matter where Amit or Vipul, like powerful people, recognized Rishi as their enemies.

Rishi does not carry any guards around him, if any problem comes to him, he won't be able to save himself. In such matters, it's good to do bad deeds in the name of your president.

Pearl walked back to her seat. Closing the file on them, she ordered for another one from Rishi. "Rishi sent them their main files to sign."

Rishi did as he was asked to. The moment he was done, Vipul again shouted. "No! We are not going to sign that!"

"You can't blackmail us!"

"This is wrong Mr. Mallaya!"

Pearl rolled her eyes. The files were simply about the transfer of shares. She wasn't robbing them. She was honestly buying it from them at a legit price. The only problem was their greediness.

Pointing to the first file they had in their hand, she said. "I can't. But I can send you to jail directly, and definitely."

"You bitch!"

"You wreach."

"I know, I know I am. Heard a lot." She nonchalantly shrugged away all the abuse.

"I will make your life hell!" Vipul said violently.

By now, he knows what was the end. And he can't accept that. His eyes were fuming with madness.

"Doesn't matter."

Flicking the pen towards him, she beckoned him with her eyes. "Sign it or regret it."

Smith with Amit immediately stood up. People around them thought they were about to pull some trick. Guards also got ready to take actions.

However, the next second, the scene got all different. Walking towards them, both Smith and Amut fell down on their knees.

"Please forgive me this time, Miss Pearl. I was wrong. I would never do that again. Please let me go."

"I never thought of going against you at first. But those bastards…" Pointing his finger at Jonas and Yohaan he continued, "They forced me into it. They lied to me. I wasn't wrong. It was them."

Jonas and Yohaan's eyes squinted with displeasure. However none of them tried to defend themselves. Rolling their eyes at his words they both ignored him.

On the other hand Pearl covered her eyes with her palm. Turning her back to them she gestured to Rishi to clear up.

Rishi immediately understood it. What Pearl felt wasn't disgust but uncomfortable.

No matter what she would never ask for any elder to ever kowtow to her.

Rishi immediately asked the guards to make those two stand up.

"You both don't have to explain. My boss didn't punish you because you stood against her. Four of you betrayed not her but to her company. She would never forgive you for that. The time she decided to join this company, she had decided to do the cleaning first. It's nothing related to what you have decided to do today."

What sin those four have done was something Pearl would never accept. Although SI is at the top, still every company needs to have as many resources as they can get.

Those four of them, for their personal benefits, had sold many of SI projects to other companies, either for shares or for money.

SI might not have faced a big loss, but there was a loss. In fact, every company has such people. Just having them at such a superior level is not a good thing for any company.

Being pushed away by those guards, none of them had any option left. Each four of them at the end had to sign the contract.

"Good." Pearl said with a satisfactory glance at them.

With a sigh, she looked at her last but the most important prey. A backstabber. "Now the second thing... It's your turn, Navi."
