Chapter 4

Joshua: Huh, what's up with you ,it's my grandma.

Lancelot:OH , that makes sense because she looks like late lady Elizabeth. Blanchette's grandma but she had red hair though not purple.

Blanchette releases her hug from Joshua's grandma and wipes her tears.

Blanchette:I'm sorry mam for my actions,it's just that you look a lot like my grandma.

Grandma:It's ok but you really can call me grandma from now on.- Said as she gives Blanchette a moldy Apple.-

Joshua and Lancelot both looks worried at the sight of the Apple.

Blanchette takes the Apple and gets a flashback of her grandmother giving her an apple.

Blanchette:Thank you, Grandma.-taken with a big smile on her face while she has red puffy eyes from crying.-

They all climb in the carriage and head back to the noble house of Kaizer.

They arrive and from the window king William and queen Juliet watches as first Joshua jumps out of the carriage like a kid then there daughter climb out gracefully and then Lancelot climbs out stoically and then Merlin jumps out behind Lancelot and lands on his back with her cheeks blood red because she's blushing.

king William:So that's one of his family members, one of the witches he spoke about .

Queen Juliet:Aargh ,now I can see were that filthy werewolf learns his manners from.-said with an irritated face.-

Then a old lady gets out, its Joshua's and Merlin's grandma .

Queen Juliet:That lady looks familiar, like your moth...

Before she can finish her sentence she looks at King William as he is grunting with absolute rage .He pulls his sword out and in a blur he burst through the window they were looking at them through a window on the top floor.And is an instant infront of Joshua's grandma About to slash her neck ,no one noticed expect for Lancelot he blocked the slash but he was flung through the carriage , smashing it into pieces and passes out with blood pouring down his face.Everyone notices and Merlin runs to Lancelot and begins to heal him .

Joshua jumps in front of his grandmother and gets into low fighting stance like a wolf on all fours and tail and ears puffed upwards.

King William:Witch!!! ,why have you stolen the face of my mother?!-Said while getting his sword ready for another attack.-

Everyone is frozen in fear expect for Joshua's grandma.

Grandma:How rude young man ,I was born with this face.-said with absolute certainty -

King William:Stop lying!!!

Joshua: king William ,she never stole you...( I can't speak is it fear but I have to protect grandma I cant stop his attack because his to fast and to strong. Ok, then I'll block it with my body even if I die.)

King William dashes past Joshua and Joshua don't have enough time to react .

Joshua: Grandma!!!(Nooo, I was too slow!!)

King William is about to slash Joshua's grandma but Blanchette is there holding up her hands blocking him from attacking.

Blanchette: Enough father ,you done enough! This women just was born with the same face as grandma that's all , apologize now!!!- Blanchette said with absolute anger-

Joshua looks at Blanchette.

Joshua:(whoa ,she's scary better not make her mad.)

King William drops his sword , then drops to his knees and looks at the ground.

King William: Sorry, everyone I don't know what got into me.-said while kneeling on the ground.-

Blanchette:it's okay dad.-said as she hugs him.

Few moments later the maid Amy is leading Joshua and his grandmother and Merlin to there rooms.

Grandma:So why was the young one so angry?

Amy:You mean King William,it's said his mother was killed by the present king of the werewolves infront of him ,The werewolf king devoured her ,it was gruesome they say.

Grandma:Oh, so your family killed his mother, grandson.

Everyone looks at Joshua's grandma with shocked expressions.

Joshua:Yeah but can't you phrase it better . Anyway my uncle isn't my family anymore.-joshua said with serious look.-( So he is an immortal werewolf now after devouring a human noble.)

Merlin slaps Joshua's back.

Merlin:lighten up.

Joshua begins to smile.they arrive at the first room it's elegant with a wood finish .

Amy:this is your room Madam.-said as she looks at Joshua's grandma,And show to her room with a graceful open hand.-

Grandma:Oh it's huge, oh and where's my luggage-said as she inspects the room,with a smile.-

Amy:We got rid of the trash in the bags.

Joshua , Merlin and grandma was shocked by Amy's words.

Amy :But if you check the closet there's new clothes ,more fitting for the new environment you are in.

Grandma runs towards the closets and begin smiling and talking to herself while looking at the dresses.

Joshua:I never seen grandma move so fast in my life.

Merlin:Yeah she was booking it.

Said as they looked shocked at grandma's actions.

Amy : Shall we move to the next room.

Joshua and Merlin:Yes.

Amy leads the way and Joshua and Merlin follows.

Merlin:So about Lancelot is he married or have a girlfriend?-Said with an interested look on her face-

Amy:No mam ,he doesn't but if you have any thoughts of becoming his girlfriend.It won't happen. Lancelot is from a branch from a noble family the kaisens the duty is to protect the kaizers who are the main family .They are born knights.And they only marry from the same branch to keep the knight lineage strong.Usually an arranged marriage.

Joshua:so like cousins gross.

Amy:Yes , cousins and even sisters and brothers.

Joshua and Merlin looks at each other.

Joshua and Merlin:Gross!!-Said in unison-

Merlin is sad from what she heard and begin dragging her feet. Joshua sees this and slaps her on her back .

Joshua:Don't give up ,Merlin.

Merlin:Yeah you right.Im Merlin the most beautiful Witch!!

Said as she raises her arms up and Joshua begins hyping her up and jumping around her but Amy just continues to walk.

Amy:We arrived at your room mam .-Said as she looks at Merlin while directing her to her room.-

The room has glass everywhere and marble Very shiny.

Merlin:It's so pretty!- said as she begins inspecting her room -

Amy:shall we go to the next room?

Joshua:Yeah let's go Amy.

Amy leads the way as Joshua follows.

Joshua:So Amy what's your story how did you end up living here?

Amy:Sir, I don't think that have anything to do with you.-Said with an irritated face-

Joshua:ok damn,You don't need to call me sir .I'm Joshua.

Amy:I know your name but I only call my friends by their names and you don't fall into that category Sir.

Joshua:ok, whatever.(she's sassy,we definitely going to be friends.)

Amy:We arrived at your room. (she walks away annoyed )

Joshua:Not gonna lead me in.( Damn, guess not. I definitely feel mistreated.)

Joshua enters the room and sees Lancelot training doing push ups with bandages wrapped around his head from the previous fight and the room has cold brick blocks with two beds it look very similar to a prison cell and Joshua's clothing bag is laying in the corner on the brick floor.

Joshua is in shock at how his room looks.

Joshua: My room is ass!!(And I'm sharing with Lancelot.Oh ,that's this great).-Thought as Joshua begins to pull his face.-

Lancelot:I brought your bag in, welcome to the warrior's den.-said while he continues to do push ups. -

Joshua:What I don't get new clothes !!(Yeah ,I feel very mistreated. )

Lancelot :What are you talking about you get armour. New clothes are for women.-Said as he gets up and hands Joshua shiny silver armour.-

Joshua:Cool!!! -Joshua puts it on over his clothes.-

Lancelot:now you look like a knight.

Joshua:It's too hard to move though-joshua takes of neck piece revealing his hoodie and takes of pelvis armour revealing his tail and remove the iron boots and puts on his black and green boots he made himself but leaves on the chest piece , gauntlets and shin armour.-

Joshua:that's better.-Said as Joshua jumps around.-

Lancelot:Not my style but yeah it makes sense for your fighting style heavy armour will just weigh you down.

Later that evening they all sitting around the dinning table King William at the head and queen Juliet at the end and Merlin next to Lancelot and Joshua next to Blanchette and grandma next to Joshua.It was a massive dinning table.But it was super awkward everyone was this eating their meal quietly.
