Chapter 1

After days of searching ,Joshua finally found some food it was covered in mold, a half eaten apple but his tail was wagging none the less because he hasn't ate in days.

Then a girl with purple hair approached him.

Merlin:Hey little guy.-she reached her hand out to touch him-

But Joshua thought she was a threat.

Joshua:aarrrgh, my apple!-Joshua grunted and bit her hand-.

Merlin:ouch ,you little shit!!-Merlin screams as blood is dripping down her hand-

Joshua:I'm sorry don't hit me.-Said as he ran to a corner of the alley and crouched down into a fetal position while his ears are down and he is holding his tail tight-

Merlin:I'm sorry I didn't mean to scare you little guy my Name is Merlin ,what's yours?.(what happen to him his full of open wounds it's probably because his a noble .We don't usually see nobles around here.)

Joshua:My name is Joshua miss, I'm sorry about your hand.

Merlin:Oh this it's nothing .-Merlin puts her one hand over her injured hand and a bright purple light start to emit from her hand and when she takes her hand away her other hand is healed-

Joshua:Wow miss you a Witch ,cool! -Said as he jumps up and hops joyfully around Merlin while looking at her.-

Merlin giggles at Joshua's actions

Merlin: I can heal you too ,stand still.

Joshua: Yes miss.

Merlin begins to heal Joshua's wounds with the same purple light.

Merlin:Lucky it wasn't life threatening wounds because a low class witch can only heal small wounds.

Joshua ignores her and begin standing in bodybuilder positions while saying...

Joshua:I'm Healed, you awesome miss!

Merlin:Joshua do you have a place to live ?

Joshua:No, I'm just searching through trash cans for fun and I enjoy looking like a sewer rat.

Merlin slaps Joshua on his head

Joshua:ouch!-said while holding his head-

Merlin:Don't keep you smart with me little shit, ok then ,let's go.

Joshua:go where miss?-said with a confused look on his face-

Merlin:Home of course,and call me big sis from now now on, because we are a family from now on.-then she begins to walk towards their home-

Joshua runs after her and grabs her hand and begins to walk with a bounce in his step , Merlin is shocked at first but then smiles.

Joshua:Okay,big sis let's go home.-said with a giant smile -

Joshua pulls out the rotten apple from his pocket and tries eating it but Merlin slaps it out of his hand.

Joshua:hey ,my apple.

Merlin :We got fresh food at home , rotten food can make you sick.

Joshua:Okay big sis.

Joshua and Merlin arrives at their house and it's literally a shack.

Joshua:Cool a dog house!

Merlin slaps Joshua's head.

Joshua:ouch ,what did I do?-asked while he looks at Merlin angry and confused-

Joshua and Merlin enters the house it is worse on the inside but there's a oldish lady with light purple greyish hair, cooking food.

Merlin:Hi grandma ,I brought you the grandson you always wanted.

Joshua grabs Merlin's skirt and hides behind her and peeps at the grandma with his ears sticking out.

Grandma:Merlin, this isn't a orphanage, you can't just bring random kids in here ,we only getting by barely with this the two of us.

Grandma looks up from cooking and sees big fluffy black ears sticking out from behind Merlin.Grandma runs towards Joshua and picks him up.

Grandma:His a Noble werewolf!(our problems are gone ,if we raise him right he will get rid of the slum gangsters who's taxing my pap and wors store for protection, maybe he will even rule the slums and we will be rich) -Thought with a big smile while she is holding Joshua in the air-

Joshua begins to laugh at how fun this is.

Merlin:Grandma, I know what you thinking but he hasn't awakened and his 9, so he probably won't awaken that's probably why he got kicked out.

Grandma:Oh, how sad.(no, my dreams are destroyed,what do Merlin think this is a pet shop.)-grandma puts Joshua down as her smile disappears.-

Joshua:Let's do it again grandma, I want to fly!- Joshua said with a big smile-

Grandma's expression changed to smile after seeing his cute expression.

Grandma:ok grandson!(i always wanted a cute grandson and his so much better than that brat Merlin) -Said as she begin to pick up Joshua and twirl around.-

Merlin:(this old hag had a complete 180 in emotions)-Merlin Thought with a annoyed look-

After the greetings .The new formed family sat down around the table.And began eating pap and wors with big smiles Joshua was gobbling up his food.

Later that night Joshua fell asleep with Merlin on the same bed.Merlin is cuddling with Joshua's tail and Joshua is sleeping stretched out with the blankets covering half of their bodies-
