Chapter 19: Just call me?

"Oooooh! I got it!" Yang Jiang shouted as he sprinted down the staircase.

"Hey be careful you might trip and fall," Wen Lin shook his head not believing Yang Jiang's childish behavior.

"I'm not a kid and I know exactly where to step!" Jiang pouted. Wen Lin could not stop smiling as he licked his thin pink lips. He just could not stop himself when he saw this adorable side of Yang Jiang.

"Mmm...Wen Lin is it?"

Wen Lin: "Yes, OK, we should be on our way by now. You must be hungry, we should also go shopping." The owner here didn't cook so there is nothing you can make food with."

Jiang: " Ooooh my You can also construct a whole sentence!!! I think I should change the pet name I gave you, seems like you're not that quiet after all mmh." Jing hummed quietly but loud enough for it not to escape Wen Lin's sharp hearing ability.

Wen Lin: "What did you just call me???" asked, his face expressionless. Even though one could not tell from his face what his feelings were the temperature was enough to tell. The temperature was decreasing with each passing second.

Grabbing her phone with her back to him, she nonchalantly said, "Mr. no talk guy!" and just like that, it was as if a nuclear bomb had exploded. His adorable princess just called him Mr. No-talk guy.

Wen Lin: "Am I that cold of a person that you decided to give me that kind of name?" he asked through gritted teeth.

Turning to face him, Yang Jiang noticed the decrease in temperature.

"Mmmh, am I sorry?" Yang Jin's expression was more like a question than an apology. Yang Jing could feel goosebumps all over her body from the freezing temperature.
