39 Saving Tamako
I decided I would only add some few characters from Dxd. I wouldn't bother to add the entire plot and story.
So it wouldn't ruin this novel by much, who I'm I kidding this novel is already a mess and complicated but it's understandable at least no?

Tamako collapsed, the people who were inside the restaurant were getting restless. They were worried!
But the most affected in this event is Soma and Joichiro! They don't know what to do at this moment.
"Hurry! Someone call an ambulance!"
That's the only thing that Joichiro could think of right now, as for Soma he kept shouting at his mother's name, however he knew that it was useless, but there was nothing he could do other than this!
Tamako was getting paler by the second, she was trying her best to breathe, she grabbed her right chest, it hurt too much!
As they were getting restless, Hito was the only one who remained calm. He could try to heal Tamako right this moment, however he wasn't confident of doing so!
Learning the Chinese Martial Arts Skill gave him some knowledge about the human body, but it wasn't enough he doesn't have the complete knowledge yet!
Hito had two choices, either upgrade his Chinese Martial Arts to Expert grade, but he wasn't sure if that knowledge regarding the secrets of the human body would be complete if he were to upgrade it!
And he couldn't upgrade it to Prodigy either because he doesn't have enough points! So his only choice is to buy an item in the shop that heals the heart in a short time.
It's probably cheaper than upgrading his Chinese Martial Arts skill, after confirming that he immediately opened the shop and searched for a cure for the heart!
After for a moment of searching he found this pill called [ Heart Cleansing Pill ]
Eh? Hito found it familiar, he thought 'Wait, isn't this pill supposed to be famous in Cultivation novels? But wait they do have the same name, however their effect is different!
Unlike that Heart Cleansing Pill in some Cultivation novels, helps those Cultivators breakthrough or removes their inner demon or something like that.
But it isn't important right now! He bought it for only 10 Surprise Points! Pretty cheap. As he bought it the pill appeared in his right hand, no one saw it because their attention was in Tamako.
He immediately went beside Soma and Joichiro, he spoke.
"Do you want me to save her?"
It wasn't loud nor low, all of the people inside the restaurant heard it. Joichiro doubtfully said.
"What do you mean?"
"Like I said. I can save her, as I can see even if she would go to the hospital, she wouldn't survive, she had a congenital heart valve defect at most she could only leave a month!" Hito said seriously, he wasn't joking at all.
Joichiro was stunned at his seriousness, he could tell that he wasn't joking at all. But even so his thick skull doesn't want to believe it.
"How could you know about it? Do you even have an experience with this kind of thing?"
Hito shook his head, and spoke. "I may have no experience in this kind of thing, but I'm 100% sure she had indeed a congenital heart valve defect! Now my question is will you let me save her or not? It's your choice."
To be honest he doesn't any responsibility of saving Tamako at all, he just happened to came by, but since he could do something about her illness, why not help? However his patience was limited, if Joichiro choose to refuse his goodwill then, it's not his fault anymore.
As Joichiro was about to refuse, however Soma suddenly begged him.
"Please save her! Please save my mother!" Soma kneeled and bows at Hito.
Hito was stunned, Joichiro was stunned, and everyone in the shop was stunned. Hito didn't expect Soma to beg him! More importantly he believed him!
"Hey... your Soma right? Do you really believe that I can cure your mother?" He couldn't but ask this.
Soma exclaimed while bowing, "To be honest I don't! However just 'If' what you're saying is true I'm willing to do anything just to save her!"
Hito looked at Soma with admiration, he respected Soma now, he would even bow to something that he isn't sure whenever it's true or not! For the hope of saving his mother he is willing to do anything? How heavy is that?
He could tell that Soma was serious, and wasn't joking a single bit. Joichiro couldn't believe that his son would do something as heavy as this!
"Soma! What do you think you're doing?! Stand up! Don't kneel! A man must never beg!" Joichiro was enraged because of his son's action.
"I know that Old man! But what?! Does not begging could save mom?! No! It can't! Dad...what 'If' he is telling the truth? That's why I'm taking a gamble!"
"You…" Joichiro couldn't refute his son, he was speechless at this moment.
Soma continued to speak at Hito, "Please... please save my mother! I'm beg-"
"Okay, okay! Dude stop your father is right a man shouldn't beg, don't worry I'll save your mother I can assure you that... but you know I kind of respect you now, anyway you don't have to do anything I'll save your mother." Hito didn't want Soma to beg him no more, he was slightly embarrassed for him, he decided to stop his begging so Soma wouldn't humiliate himself anymore.
Hito looked at Joichiro, and added. "May I?"
Joichiro's emotions are really complicated at this moment, he didn't have any reason to stop him, thus he nodded.
Hito smiled, and he went near Tamako. She was already on the verge of losing consciousness, he was awed at Tamako's willpower to stay conscious for a few minutes, normally people who have this kind of Illness would faint in just a few seconds.
Hito didn't delay to heal her any further, he immediately opened her mouth, and slowly put the [ Heart Cleansing Pill ] Inside her mouth.
He strongly said, "Swallow it!"
As if she heard him, she swallowed the pill with great difficulty, as she swallowed the effect of the pill is visible!
Tamako's really pale face turned redder and her breathing slowly got normal.
She successfully avoided a huge Crisis of her life! She was bound to die if Hito didn't save her.
Seeing Tamako getting her health back, Hito sighed in relief and thought 'It worked!'
