11 Saki

Hito finally regained his senses, and immediately spoke.

"Ah, yes! I'm just surprised to see a beautiful girl like you around here!"

He just wants to bluff his way, however Saki who heard him, blushed and she quickly denied.

"E-eh! No way I-im not beautiful at all I mean look….I wear glasses…!"

Hito looked blankly at her and thought 'What's wrong with glasses? But she is beautiful though!'

"Well you are beautiful, and it's true...by the way I'm Hitohito Tadano you are?"

"O-oh! I'm Saki, Saki Yoshida!" Saki said with a nervous tone, she never really talked with a stranger before.

Hito chuckled, "Don't be so nervous I don't bite…"

"Ah- no! I don't-"

"I know it's a joke…"

"Is that so? So Uhmm…."

"Oh right sorry if I took you time."

"No, no it's fine...thanks to you I'm less nervous now."

"Less nervous? How?"

Hito had a confused expression hanging in his face. Saki nervously said.

"Well...it's my first day of school so…"

"First day? Isn't it yesterday?"

"W-well I didn't get to go yesterday for personal reasons…"

"I see...glad to help you then! By the way know this is weird but...can we exchange numbers? Uhm..you can reject me."

"Ehh?! Uhmm er...uhm….I'm not sure...but okay?"

"I knew it you'll rejec- wait what? Seriously?"

Saki nervously nodded. Hito was a little dumbfounded at her, and quickly remembered that she quickly trust anyone as long as they approached her.

"I see...then let's exchange numbers!"

Thus the two of them exchanged numbers, and then Hito looked at her and said seriously.

"Listen Yoshida-san...I know this is a strange thing to say from a stranger like me but, next time please becareful of strangers don't trust anyone easy, I'm not saying that I'm an exception but if you ever need help don't hesitate to call me."

Saki thought 'It is really strange..' but she nodded.

"I'll do that."

"Okay, then I'll have to go now Yoshida-san, it was nice meeting you perhaps next time we could become friends, our meeting is not really the best I'll invite you somewhere next time later!"

Hito left Saki, who is standing there looking at his back.

"What a strange guy...but friend he say? He doesn't seem like a bad person, well next time!"

Saki smiled, and walked toward the school gate, she gained confidence because of Hito talking with her.

"Strange…. yesterday was supposed to be the day she changed her appearance, yet she is still wearing her glasses and didn't go at her first day of school... because of personal reasons...hmm...well this is an alternative world after all, everything could happen...I hope I really hope that hellish life, that is supposed to be her fate won't happen." Hito muttered silently.

He really pity her, Saki life was ruined because of a single motherf*cker, if that guy exist in this world he wouldn't hesitate to beat him till death.

Well not really killing him, but in a half-dead state. That wouldn't happen for now since he didn't meet that motherf*cker yet and he doesn't have the strength to do that.

Hito is now inside the school placing his shoes in the locker, as he stood up Hito saw Shouko near him, he smiled.

"Good morning Komi-san"

Shouko flinch a little and replied.

"Guudguudguudguudguuud….!"

Hito sweat a little, and encourage her.

"Nice! You're improving Komi-san! You did you best."

Hearing his praise, Shouko mood improved and happily nodded.

Inside the classroom, currently it's break time. Hito looked at Shouko.

"Remember what I taught you this morning? Say "Please be my friend" to someone you wanted as a friend got that?"

Shouko nodded, she stood up from her seat and went to one of their girl classmate, Hito thought 'Well, it's not like I'm being rude but she's going to 100% fail.'

As Hito expected, Shouko failed, instead of making a friend she successfully scared that girl classmate of theirs with her intense stare.

Shouko went back to her seat, and turned into a statue, as Hito saw this scene he couldn't help but say.

"Don't worry Komi-san! It's just your first time! Next time you'll most likely succeed!"

Shouko nodded slightly but she was still dejected from what happened. Actually Hito could say to his classmates that Shouko needs a friend, but he didn't he wanted to her impression of him grow deeper.

He knows it's selfish but, what could he do? He started to genuine likes Shouko, though it's just the second day.

"Komi-san wait a minute, I'll talk to someone that is willing to be your friend."

Shouko nodded with expections, her mood improved.

It's definitely not Najimi, it's Yamai the Yandere, while she was talking with her new friends. Hito arrived and interrupted them.

"Ladies, well excuse me for a second? I want to speak with Yamai-san."

The girls looked at him including Yamai.

"Ehh... aren't you the Mathematics Genuis Tadano-kun? Right?"

"Not also that! I also saw the basketball game yesterday and he is amazing!"

Hito slightly smiled at them. Yamai looked at him.

"Yes, yes? What do you need me for?"

Hito moved closer to her and whispered, "You love Komi right? Then this is your chance to befriend her, currently she needs a friend."

Yamai's eyes widened and said.

"Are you serious?"

"Yep I am."

Then she looked at Shouko with a smiling expression, she looked back at her new friends and said.

"Sorry guys! I had something important to do~! I'll be right back kay~?"

Yamai hurriedly went to Shouko's seat, while Hito watched her befriend Shouko.

Suddenly his phone rang, he took it from his pocket and saw it was Sakura.

'Did she finally realize that her Diary is missing?'

Hito answered the phone.

[ Hello? Is this Tadano-kun? ]

"Yes it's me Sakura."

[ Ah Tadano-kun I want to ask you something… ]

"I know it's the Diary right? I have it with me."

[ Yes! Exactly! Wait...did you perhaps readed what's inside? ]

"Well...yes I'm sorry I didn't mean to peek at it."

[ ...….I see so you did read what's inside. ]

"So Yamauchi-san is it real that you had an illness in Pancreas?"

[ Sigh* I'm not gonna lie to you Tadano-kun, yes it's true besides my family you are the first person to know this illness of mine….and because of this illness, after a few years I will die... ]

"I see."

[ Hmm? What's up with the reaction? Do you think that I'm joking? My sense of humor isn't that dark you know! I will really die you know! ]

"No I believe in you."

[ Then are you going to cheer me up or something? ]

"No."

[ Ehhhh?! Why? ]

"Nothing Particularly, it's just I don't want to treat you differently because of your illness, just live as you like."

[ Hahahaha! You're really different! Hey wanna hang out later? ]

"Hmm? Why suddenly invite me?"

[ Nothing! You said it yourself just live as I like! Now I'm doing it! ]

"Well….I don't mind however I'm going somewhere wanna go with me Instead?"

[ Where? ]

Hito smiled and said.

"Weekly Shōnen Jump!"

Tasteless again, yeah fully aware of this, I couldn't think more because I've ended up using my brain cells for today.
