84 Kisara & Kushiro
Present time, Outside the school gate;
Shouko was disappointed that they had to stop holding hands. But they didn't have a choice since their destinations were in opposite directions. So, they couldn't accompany each other any longer.
The two reluctantly said their laters to each other, and Hito promised to her that tomorrow, they would once again hangout together.

Hito waited for Miu and Najimi so that the three of them could walk towards Ryōzanpaku together. But, after waiting for a while Najimi was the only one to arrive.
Miu was nowhere to be seen which made him wonder 'Has she already gone to Ryōnzapaku?'
Hito asked Najimi for confirmation and it was as he had guessed. Miu had left the school early, and went straight to Ryōzapaku.
She was kind of mean, she didn't even wait for him? Hito sighed, he couldn't help but think 'Is she avoiding me? I mean even if she wanted to she couldn't since they would eventually have to meet at the Ryōzanpaku!'
Or maybe, Miu didn't know that he was in school? After all, Mitsuha (in his body) didn't go to school yesterday.
The more he thought about the latter, the more it made sense to him! So, he didn't think anything further after that.
Hito looked at Najimi and touched his shoulder, he smiled at him and spoke.
"Let's do our best today!"
"R-right! Let's do our best to esca-ahem train!" Najimi looked at him with a forceful smile, so obvious that even an idiot with miniscule EQ would be able to identify it.
Hito just shrugged it off and the two of them started walking together. Hito wanted to do parkour as it was the fastest way to go to his destination, but he couldn't because of Najimi being together with him. It wasn't really Najimi's fault, after all he was still too green.
Najimi couldn't do any fancy movements, at least not yet. It was obvious since this was only his third day of training at Ryōzanpaku, and his body wasn't able to adapt to the parkour style. Plus his body was still too stiff.
Probably, Akisame would personally make him enter that stretching machine. As nice as it sounded, it was literally a device of pure unadulterated torture!
It was a good thing that Hito didn't need to personally experience being stretched in that machine. And it was all thanks to the pill he had eaten which made his body extremely flexible.
While they were walking, Hito suddenly heard a cat meowing in some corner, immediately his attention shifted to that dark corner.
He could clearly see a black & white colored kitten inside a box. In front of the box he could see some English words written in a rather bold handwriting.
"Adopt Me!"
Yes it was supposed to be a normal scene... if it weren't for the girl besides the box who was glaring at him with bloodlust! It was as if he killed her family or someone dear to her heart!
In short, if glares could kill, Hito would've been dead already! The girl had bright green eyes and her pupils had slits similar to that of a cats.
She had short brownish red hair which was shiny yet unkempt, and she was also wearing a green cap.
As for her outfit she was wearing a green jacket, with a white T-shirt underneath it, as for her lower body she was wearing short pants or short jeans which were ripped in various parts of her thighs. In short she looked like a tomboy, through and through.
The girl continued to glare at him and spoke. "Oi! What are you staring at?"
Hito looked at her with a blank expression and replied. "Actually, I should be the one who should be asking that, since you are glaring at me like you can't wait to kill me!"
The girl froze for a bit, and then spoke. "W-well it's not my fault, I was just born with this kind of eyes! I-ii wasn't intentionally glaring at you! Forget it! What do you want?"
"I want to adopt that kitten."
Hito's thoughts were pretty simple, he would let Miu take care of it as he knew how much Miu loved cats.
The girl looked suspiciously at him. At the same time, she was inspecting his body with a hawk's gaze. In front of her gaze, Hito felt that he was stripped naked and was being inspected like an object.
After some time, she finally decided to reply. "No, I can't let you adopt this kitten!"
"Why? Is there a problem?"
"Yes! You're the problem! You'll probably treat this kitten badly!"
Hito was kind of offended, he was someone who loved cats. In his previous life, he owned a few cats, and he loved all of them as if they were his own family.
He suddenly spoke. "Then why even bother finding an owner for this kitten?! You could just adopt it yourself!"
The girl became sad after hearing Hito's words and replied. "I can't… I live in an apartment! And the property owner doesn't allow pets inside his property!"
Hito nodded, he understood her reasoning. It was actually pretty common since most of the apartment owners didn't allow pets to live inside their property.
"I see, that makes sense but you sure love cats, don't you?'
The girl hesitated for a while and then shyly replied. "I-i do! Is it that bad?!"
Hito chuckled and waved his hands while speaking. "No way, I never said that loving cats was bad, but seriously, can I have the kitten? Okay, I'm gonna be honest with you. I'm not the one who is going to take care of the kitten."
"What?! You're not?!! Then why are you even trying to adopt it?! I knew it! When I saw you, I just knew that you were a bad choice for adopting the kitten!"
Hito continued. "Calm down Miss, let me explain. The one who is going to take care of the kitten is my friend, and I can dare say that she loves cats as much as you do, if not more."
"No way, I can't trust that friend of yours! I don't even know her personally, there is just no way I would let this kitten be adopted by your friend! Moreover, no one can love a cat more than I do, remember that."
Hito smiled wryly. This would take forever if he continued to speak in a normal way… 'Since she didn't want to believe me then that leaves me with no choice but to use my negotiation and lying skills!'
He took a deep breath and started to talk some words of persuasion and trickery to her.

It didn't take him long to convince her fully, so she finally let him adopt this kitten for Miu.
"Fine! I'll let your friend adopt it! However I want to see the kitten everyday, just to be sure that it's safe!"
Hito nodded, he didn't question her for that lame excuse she made. After all, it was pretty obvious that she was genuinely worried about the kitten and wanted to see it daily. She wouldn't try and steal it from Miu, so he let it slide.
But as a cat lover, he could understand her concern so he replied.
"Alright, I'll draw a map showing the address of my friend's for you so that you can visit the kitten anytime you want."
The girl nodded, and then Hito started to draw a very detailed map, which made the girl speechless. The map was so detailed that literally every road and building was included in it!
Heck, even the entrance gate of Ryōzanpaku was perfectly drawn in the map! With that there was no way the girl wouldn't find it! Unless she was a complete and utter idiot who didn't have any directional sense, she would be able to locate the address easily.
Hito gave the map to the girl and spoke. "You can visit there anytime you want so that you can see Kushiro."
The girl looked at him and asked with a confused expression.
"Kushiro?"
"Yes Kushiro, I just named the kitten. It's nice, isn't it?"
The girl nodded, she had to agree that it was suitable for the kitten, after all Ku was from Kuro which means black, and Shiro means white.
And since the kitten had a white and black colour in its body, it was the perfect name. Its colour was similar to Yin and Yang as it had a perfect harmony of black and white in it.
After finally getting the cat from the girl, he realized that he didn't know her name yet.
Hito decided to ask. "Kimi no namae wa?"

The girl stood up from her spot and replied. "It's Kisara."

After knowing Kisara's name, he naturally introduced himself.
Afterwards Hito went straight to Ryōzanpaku since he couldn't wait to see Miu's reaction when she saw the cat!
Najimi originally wanted to ask Hito where he went as he suddenly disappeared when they were walking towards Ryōzanpaku. So, when he saw that Hito was coming, he immediately went towards him to inquire, but midway through the walk he came to a halt, because Najimi was able to notice an external object that wasn't with Hito when they were previously walking together.
Najimi saw a box on Hito's arms. It was pretty obvious now why he had suddenly disappeared, so he didn't ask Hito anything in the end.

Both Najimi and Hito, who was holding the box, were currently in front of the Ryōzanpaku's entrance gate.
There was no way that Najimi could open it and Hito also had a box in his hands so his arms weren't free. But Hito being Hito didn't really need Najimi's help in holding the box, so you may ask, how could Hito open the door in this situation? Well, Hito just casually kicked the door with a bit of force, that's how. And the door opened immediately with a spectacular…

If poor Najimi knew that Hito could open the door before even joining the Dojo, he would kill himself right then and there. It was as the intellectuals had said, 'Ignorance is Bliss'.
Thereafter he followed Hito who had already entered the main house.

Hito went inside the main house where he saw all of the Ryōzanpaku's masters gathered, including Miu.
"Ehem-! Sorry for my absence yesterday! It wasn't something I was able to stop, it was a totally unexpected and unusual situation."
Before anyone could ask anything, Miu became the first to ask.
"What's inside that box?!"
Her instincts were telling her that the contents of the box was something she loved very much.
All of the masters of Ryōzanpaku looked at Miu with a complicated look. Hayato had told them about Mitsuha, swapping places with Hito. They wanted to talk with Hito about it. And Miu being one of Hito's closest acquaintances should be even more curious and concerned about his situation.
However, the unexpected happened. Instead of asking about the situation, Miu focused all of her attention into the box that Hito brought!
Hito smiled and answered Miu.
"Miu, let me introduce you to Kushiro!" Hito opened the box, revealing the cute kitten inside it.
And when Miu's eyes fell upon the kitten they turned into hearts.
"Ahhh~! A Kitty!!! Kawaii~❤️!!!"
