Sasuke was ready. He was ready to handle Danzo. And after all the planning and preparation he was finally going to attack Danzo.
With the help of his shadow clones he first made sure that nobody finds about it. So his shadow clones started to scan the entire forest. And only after finding out that Danzo and his root group was present he started to prepare the next stage.
All the while his shadow clones were in transforming and three layer genjutsu plus few fuinjutsu seals so no one will be able to tell who he even if they see him.
Now that he made sure no body will be able to tell who is taking action. His summoned butterflies started to slowly surround the group. And with few shadow clones with the kusanagi sword the opened his EMS. And casted one after another high level genjutsu which got powered by not just his EMS but also by his high yin chakra.
And so it was no surprise when no root Anbus were able to react. They were only special jonin level at best jonin level. They didn't had any sharigan. Within just few seconds they were killed and stored in scrolls without making any sound what so ever.
Now that the second step was complete. Sasuke was ready to take the third step. Sasuke's left hands five finger started to glow with different kanji showing that it was the five simble seal which seals chakra. Just then Danzo was alarmed he was about to look around.
But just when he saw Sasuke he saw one of Sasuke's eyes were spinning madly. Sasuke simply thrusted the seal in front of him. Now the second technique of his EMS was used. It was unbelievable for Danzo the five simble seal appeared in his stomach and he lost all of his chakra.
Saishū mokutekichi.
The ability of Sasuke gives him the ability to let his attack hit his opponent if he can see him no matter the distance and bypassing all obstacles between them. But it has a 5 minutes cooldown effect in that time he wouldn't be able to use any other EMS ability. Same with the fact that the opponent should be in his sight.

The different abilities proved that it depends on the moment and thoughts of the person when he is awakening his MS. At that time Sasuke was helpless and wanted a world where he could control everything and so he got the Tsukyumi. And he wanted to reach and stop his brother from killing his parents and so his second ability which is like even if he is away he will be able to attack without getting himself in danger.

Next moment shadow clone went toward him and cut of his both hands and Shisui's eye. At the same time they were putting seals to make sure he wouldn't be able to do anything even if he is already unconscious.
Like there's nothing happened Sasuke with his shadow clones took Danzo without anyone knowing. He is well aware that fighting so near the village was not an option. Same with the fact that if Danzo escapes he will also have to leave the village. Wich is not on his plan.
It was only when Danzo was caged in the hidden place which even black zetsu will not be able to enter he sighed in relief.

' Well....that was unexpected.' Sasuke thought. What information he had thought was Danzo did all that to get the Hokage's seat. But now another truth came in front of him.
When Hiruzen became Hokage he was only seventeen years old. And he was weaker that Kagami one of his teammates in both ability and political power. But because Tobirama made him the Hokage most of the clan heads and people didn't even thought of him as Hokage.
So here came Danzo. Root which was Tobirama's personal guard were given to Danzo by Hiruzen himself so he will help him get the power of his position.
With that Danzo started to make his own army. At first it was some loyal Anbu who will do anything as they ask. But later Danzo started to kidnap talented children from all over the fire country and the village.
They started to kill the old clan heads and council members as well as to make sure only their supporters will get the new position.
Hiruzen started to show himself as a great hero and a kind person. On the other hand Danzo became his shield. Hiruzen made Danzo do all the dirty work so no one will be able to say anything bad about him.
The fact that he got the title god of shinobi even if he only fought one war says the fact how much control he was able to get. On the other hand he made sure all the blame if comes to light gose to Danzo. But at that time Danzo was too busy trying to create his own army.
The fact that he himself made sure that no one finds out why the Senju's were missing. Half of the Senju's were used for experiment to get wood release. But after repeated failure it was closed.
On the other hand both Danzo and Hiruzen made sure that there won't be any Senju's to get his political power. Also Hiruzen who hide the fact that Nawaki's death was staged to get direct descendants body for experiment and not have the senju line.
Nawaki was just a pawn for them to use. The only trouble was the fact that Mito found out about it. But the fact that the only thing she did is stayed quite and looked at Hiruzen with cold fury.
After knowing this even Sasuke was confused why didn't she did anything. Was her husband's rotten village so important that she did nothing even against the people who killed her grandson.
But Hiruzen only lost his face and Mito never talked to him face to face.
The fact that Danzo lost his eye while ambushing Kagami was also known by Hiruzen. He was sad knowing that but his death also gave him more political power as the decline of senju clan gave him.
The experiments mostly were done on senju people. As for other clans they never cared about anything more than there own clan's benefits.
But in the middle of the second war Dan died because Danzo told the enemies his location. It was also so he will have the chance on becoming Hokage himself. He had already gained enough dirt to make Hiruzen step down from his position.
But it backfired at that time Sakumo was the Anbu commender. And after Dan's death which was because of poor leadership all the Anbu and majority of clans wanted to make Sakumo the next Hokage. Also the fact that that time he made himself the self proclaimed God of shinobi.
The casualties and all the disasters were so much because Danzo was not helping him that time he was in political problem. But to not lose his seat and power he made the entire drama to make Sakumo into his loyal dog who will never become Hokage and only help the village without any questions.
But Sakumo's death was a shock. Danzo was happy about it. As for Hiruzen he was so angry inside that he didn't even put Sakumo's name as a hero or a shinobi. Sakumo was the hero of second shinobi war but his name was even erased from children's book same as the Uzumaki clan.
As for the Uzumaki clan Konoha didn't even bothered sending anyone. Kushina was already loyal to the village and the new jinchuriki.
All the death made Orochimaru to take the path he was in. Jiraya thought himself to be special and ran away not fighting in the war. Tsunade was only able to make antidote. And after the war she left.
Long story short Danzo offered Orochimaru all the things to do experiments. And Hiruzen even after suspecting did nothing too busy cleaning the people who were against him and helping Sakumo. He was also the one who stopped the adoption of Kakashi which Minato wanted to adopt him.
In the third great ninja war he got his powers back and made sure to suppress all the clans expect Sarutobi clan. In the end of the war even few clans were completely extinct.
He wanted to make Minato Hokage because he will be able to control him in the future. But on the other hand Orochimaru was able to get a lot of political power. He even actively suppressed the deeds of Fugaku who himself made his name as an equal to Minato in the mist battlefield. The entire world knew but not the leaf. After all Hiruzen himself wanted Minato to become Hokage.
After Minato becoming Hokage he had only four Anbu loyal to him. Yes all the other Anbus were loyal to Hiruzen.
Sasuke stopped himself for now. He was going to have to put all the details so the villagers will be outrage about it.
