New Wetherden: Part 2

"Johan Fiklor..." Felix said.

"What the hell happened here?" Johan asked, looking at the headless corpse and the destroyed walls.

"Oh, how I longed for this. To think you would show up alone." Felix said, his veins popping out more.

"Do I know you?" Johan asked.

"No, but your father did." Felix said, looking into his eyes.

Johan's blood began to boil as he stared into the wine-red eyes. He unsheathed his sword and struck at the monster. Felix's reflexes were fast, but he underestimated the human capabilities. He rubbed his hand on his neck and felt blood dripping down. The wound closed and his face focused. They both became determined and clashed. Their swords met as sparks flew through the air. Each strike was calculated and powerful. Johan was clearly more skilled, but Felix had experience and time on his side.

Felix jumped back and created a small army of clay creatures that could duplicate themselves. Johan melted them with insane fire. Felix was shocked by his Energy output. Johan closed the gap and was incredibly skilled, not only with his sword play but also with the use of Energy. Every time Felix swung, Johan used Gravity Energy to slow it down.

'What is with this guy?' Felix thought.

Felix stomped his foot and pushed Johan away. Johan stood strong and was not pushed over. Felix's attacks became stronger and faster, but less accurate. Johan parried and dodged as if he could see his future moves. Felix was frustrated and stabbed at his shoulder, but Johan kicked him in the chest and sent him flying back. Felix quickly got up and used Fire Energy and used a continuous charge. Johan then did the same. The fire clashed and the room became unbearably hot. Felix's face changed when he realized the fire blast was heading straight for him. He stopped and got out of the way of Johan's attack. He looked at the wall behind him and fear took over when the entire wall had melted. 

Felix laughed as he walked towards Johan. Then his smile faded, and he sprinted at Johan. Johan used Gravity Energy and slowed him down, but Felix pushed through. He swung his sword at Johan's neck, but it was too late. Johan blocked it and thrust his sword through Felix's stomach. He took a step back and avoided the hit. Felix's speed increased tenfold. Johan crossed his pointer and middle finger on his left hand. Felix grew furious as none of his hits would land. The G-Shield was too strong to penetrate. Felix screamed in anger and summoned a massive Fireball and threw it at Johan. His eyes twitched as he saw Johan untouched. Felix was exhausted and desperate. He wasn't as skilled as Krimson or as cunning as Lavernius.

"How are you so strong?!" Felix shouted as he continued his pointless assault.

"I'm not that strong; you're just really weak." Johan mocked.

Felix laughed and raised his sword. He flew towards Johan and swung his sword with all his might, but before it hit him, Johan caught it with his bare hands. He didn't flinch or show any pain. Felix couldn't believe what he was seeing.

"With this struggle I summon thee Almighty!" Felix said.

Before the beast could arrive, Johan made a strange and unfamiliar sign with his hands and said:

"Prison Dome." 

Energy formed around them and completely covered them. Felix looked around in disbelief. He turned to look at Johan and saw a massive grin on his face. Raw and pure Energy coursed into Johan's veins and into the dome. 

'What is this?' Felix thought.

He tried to use Energy, but the dome was stealing any output he gave. All the Energy he tried to use would go straight into the dome and strengthen it.

'Why can't I use Energy?' Felix thought.

"This is my Prison Dome. A technique I came up with when I was a teenager. The barrier is made of pure Energy and will steal everyone's Energy, except for mine of course, and use it to make it stronger. It also will lend me some and automatically heal me and refresh me. Meaning, I am unstoppable inside this dome. The barrier keeps both of us inside and keeps others out." Johan explained.

Felix stared at him in disbelief and anger. He had never seen anything like this before. He was in a state of panic, knowing he couldn't win.

"You cannot escape." Johan said.

Felix screamed in frustration and charged at Johan. Johan muttered a word and without moving a muscle, Felix's arm was sliced off. He yelled in pain and clutched at the wound. When Johan looked into his eyes, all he saw was fear and panic.

"Also, the dome has some... attacks. You could try and dodge, but I'm afraid you're too slow to do that." Johan said, with a little laugh.

Felix used healing Energy and when the bleeding didn't stop, he ran at the barrier and bashed against it over and over. Johan smiled and pulled him closer to him. He stared into Felix's eyes and whispered a word into his ear.

"Sever." Johan said.

Felix screamed in pain as his other arm was cut off by the dome's power.

"Burst." Johan said.

After saying that word, Felix's head exploded, and blood and brains scattered.

"Collapse." Johan said.

The dome listened to his command and faded away. Felix's corpse fell to the ground. Johan wiped the blood off his sword and sheathed it. He turned around, walked over to Kael's body and kicked it.
