Coming out of the house Ryan felt some type of amazing feeling surging through his body. Real experience is always more fun than watching through a screen. After coming to his senses he went to the garage and they both got into his black car. Then Ryan drove smoothly drove the car to the school which is two streets away avoiding hitting any zombies or cars.

By the time they reached the school, it was too late. What they saw is a graveyard rather than a school crawling with dead bodies and zombies. Seeing the situation Ryan broke it to Lori that the chances of finding Carl alive is close to none to which she started crying and breakdown. I comforted her and after a long time, she asked.

Lori: At least I have to find his body so that I can find the peace that he is not out there trembling with fear and waiting for me to come and rescue him.

Ryan: As you wish dear that is the least we can do now. I will slowly try to clear this place of zombies. You stay put in the car.

Lori: No. I'll come with you.

Ryan: You are not in your best condition we can't afford any mistake before knowing anything about these zombies and how the virus is spread and how to kill them.

Saying that Ryan got out of the car and took out the sword to not attract more zombies with the guns. Then Ryan started massacring the zombies with one slash a head kept rolling in the air. Within 10 minutes he killed about 50 zombies most of which are children turned zombies.

Finally, Ryan found Carl's dead body with his stomach opened by a zombie trying to eat him as he knows where Carl's dead body is there from the start from the shadow soldiers. All this time he was just flexing his body while indirectly showing Lori his strength saying that she can trust him to keep her safe in this changed world.

Then he went and brought Lori to her son's corpse and showed her at the same time the corpse started moving towards them with its mouth ready to bite. Seeing this Lori's heart broke and was about to fall down but was caught and supported by Ryan. He quietly told that the corpse is no longer Carl and has to be dealt with and end his misery and was about to swing the sword. But Lori caught his hand to which he looked at her and understood that she wanted to end her son's misery with her own hands. This is also to show him that she is not a weak woman that needs to be protected by him. Then she gathered all her strength and swung the sword cutting off the corpse's head cleanly. After that, she didn't cry like any ordinary woman and became a strong-willed woman. After that, she wanted to burn the corpse and erase her feelings for her dead son.

Time skip 2 weeks.

In these 2 weeks, Ryan taught Lori how to easily kill zombies without wasting stamina with blunt weapons/swords and also taught her to shoot in the morning and as usual, have lots of sex in the night trying to satisfy me by herself which she failed miserably. So she decided to find help to satisfy me giving the green signal for me to have a harem. In these two weeks, she hasn't asked to look for Rick in the hospital which shows that there is no one else in her heart other than him.

Today they decided to head to Atlanta and made preparations for food, water, medical supplies and tents to camp if necessary all of which they gathered during their survival training. Finally heading to the Quarry to meet the other protagonists.
