Chapter 0-Prologue

Life is hard sometimes. A lot of people have problems, and my problem is in mental health. I live a life where I feel like a fraud and a cheater and a let down because I exist. People around the world struggle with mental health and many people have lost their lives to it, I was almost one of those people and I still want to be. My name is Elliot, and now I'm going to share my story about my journey through mental health as it happens, and teach others about the subject.
