Axel's new beginnings

Axel stood on the rooftop of his school, gazing out at the bustling city below. As a reincarnated being in the world of Dxd, he possessed the ability to manipulate direction and an infinite amount of magic energy, making him one of the most powerful beings in existence.

But power wasn't everything to Axel. He had a desire to explore and learn about the world around him, to understand the intricate workings of the universe and everything in it.

As he looked out over the city, a voice called out to him from behind. "Axel, there you are!" It was his best friend, Kaito.

"Hey, Kaito," Axel said, turning around to face him. "What's up?"

"I was wondering if you wanted to come over to my place after school," Kaito said, grinning. "My mom is making her famous curry, and you know how good it is."

Axel smiled. "Sure, I'd love to. But first, let's head to class."

As they made their way down from the rooftop, Axel couldn't help but notice a group of students gathered around a bulletin board. Curiosity getting the better of him, he made his way over to see what all the fuss was about.

On the board was a notice about an upcoming rating game between two of the most powerful devil clans in the city. Axel's eyes lit up with excitement.

"I've got to see this," he said to Kaito. "We have to go."

Kaito rolled his eyes. "You and your obsession with power."

Axel just grinned. "Can you blame me? It's what we're all striving for, isn't it?"

Kaito just shook his head and followed Axel to their next class, knowing that his friend's thirst for knowledge and power would always lead him down interesting paths.
