My Intergalactic Soulmate

[WARNING: Violence and gore] “Did I just kill her?” Alexis was lying on the ground with wounds and bruises all over her. And to add to that she appeared to be lifeless. But slowly a soft crackling sound was heard. Alexis’s body was glowing in azure color. It seemed as if she was on fire. “No, no, no… you can’t disappear. Please don’t disappear.” But rather than disappearing, Alexis was now levitating in the air. Her whole body was lit in the azure fire. Her emerald eyes were now glowing like green balls of fire. Her dark ginger hair was floating aggressively behind her. She looked fearsome and at the same time also looked captivating. The fire around her was starting to engulf her. And after a while, an energy blast left her body. The blast was so powerful that the wall and structures around her were turned to mist. The Bar

As soon as the Earthlings stepped out of the Raider, they were welcomed by cool breeze. All of them felt a sudden chill all over their body.

Natalia started to clatter her teeth and rub her palms. "If only I knew I was going to end up in this cold planet then I would have at least packed some warmer clothes."

The whole atmosphere felt a little different than what they would feel on Earth. The sun, not the sun but the star that Celine would revolve around, was still out but it felt as if the star was not giving them enough heat.

And unlike the sun's yellow color, the color of the star that they were seeing was orange. It meant that this star's temperature was naturally lower than that of the sun, so it was natural for the Earthlings to feel cold.

Alexis understood why Vorian's normal body temperature was higher than that of normal humans. Celinians' natural body temperature allowed them to easily survive in this cold planet.
