My Intergalactic Soulmate

[WARNING: Violence and gore] “Did I just kill her?” Alexis was lying on the ground with wounds and bruises all over her. And to add to that she appeared to be lifeless. But slowly a soft crackling sound was heard. Alexis’s body was glowing in azure color. It seemed as if she was on fire. “No, no, no… you can’t disappear. Please don’t disappear.” But rather than disappearing, Alexis was now levitating in the air. Her whole body was lit in the azure fire. Her emerald eyes were now glowing like green balls of fire. Her dark ginger hair was floating aggressively behind her. She looked fearsome and at the same time also looked captivating. The fire around her was starting to engulf her. And after a while, an energy blast left her body. The blast was so powerful that the wall and structures around her were turned to mist. Change in War Tactics

Eldred flew outside towards where Siliah had parked the craft. On his way, he could see that the fight was going on too intensely. The crafts were being blasted, burned, and shot down by the warring parties.

He could also see that the Vivetelians were flying around here and there from the shot-down crafts. They were still restraining themselves from showcasing their powers. Because there was no need to show off their powers yet. The crafts were enough for now and Eldred couldn't be any more grateful that the situation had not gotten out of hand yet.

"At most, they might have assumed that those who can fly can wield fire like Alexis. Unless they use their powers, that shouldn't be a problem as we can simply deny it." Eldred thought to himself as he got inside the craft.

Before Eldred could give any orders to Siliah, he asked in a worried voice, "Mr. Eldred, how is Miss Alexis? She hasn't gained her consciousness yet?"
