edit, 　　In the evening, the nanny tells me, "Miss Fowler, Mr. Eugen just called and said he still has some work to finish, so he won't be coming back for dinner tonight. He told us not to wait for him."

　　After dinner, Mr. Eugen still hasn't returned. I decide to take Spring and go straight to my room to put him to sleep. Spring obediently lies in my arms. It's amazing how comfortable and intimate he is with me, even though he's usually shy.

　　I gently patted his back to comfort him and encourage him to rest. However, I couldn't fall asleep myself. When I checked my phone, it was already 2 AM. I had no idea when I fell asleep, and when I woke up again, it was already bright outside. I reached out and realized that Spring wasn't by my side. I was startled and wondered where Spring was.
