It has ended been 1 year since I rescue Toga. I am now 7 years old. It has been same old same old, with the exception Toga inclusion in my life. Ever since that day, we as in me, Izuku, and Katsuki were always with Toga. Although Katsuki wasn't very friendly, then again this is Katsuki we are talking about. So like a jerk that he is, he nicknamed Toga, Vampire.

I don't know that it was a sensitive topic or not. So quickly told her that Katsuki is a bit brain damage and can't really remember people names correctly. That is why he gave nicknames to everyone he meets. Like how he called Izuku, Deku and me, Biribiri.

When I told her this, she just laughed and peck me on the cheek really quickly, then runaway. I don't know how long I just stand there, staring into space. By the time lunch was over, my face felt very hot and I thought I have gotten I'll of something (obviously not because of Toga.)

Though there was this one time that was very weird. That day I was visiting Toga-chan alone and it seems like there wasn't anyone home except Toga. So we just hang out by the first floor balcony. We saw a bird fell down from the sky and Toga quickly brought the bird to balcony to look at it. The next I know I saw her drinking blood from the fallen bird. I quickly snatch the dead bird away from her.

"Toga, you can't drink blood from animal like that it's unsanitary. I mean what if the bird was ill and you catch it's disease or something." I quickly scolded her.

"But it's so cute, that I want to take a bite out of it."

"Yeah but it's not safe. So don't drink blood from it. Here I'll bury it so that no one find out, okay?" I then started digging at lawn from behind the tree so that no one find out.

What I didn't realize then was that she still hungered for some blood and since I took her only source away. She start to target me instead. So from behind my back she took a bite on my neck. My first instinct was to flash my lightning but reign it in because I didn't want to hurt her. From the pain I turned my head to see her sucking my blood through her mouth with a flush expression.

*chu chu chu.

I let her suck my blood until she was satisfied. After a few moments, she stops and fell on her butt and started to cried. Sign this silly girl, she won't even look at me in the eye and try to turn away. I quickly wrap my arm around body and gave her hug stopping her from running away.

"Really Toga, you silly girl. I'm not even mad. You still are my friend, I see that you clearly have no control over yourself." I comforted.

"B..buuu...but I hurt you, I attacked you. *sniff sniff. It was so pretty and I want to taste and it was very cute that I want to take a bite out of it." She cried and sobbed between her sentences.

"It's fine, it's just your quirk acting up. Don't worry about it, I'm not going to hate you over it. I just wish you would said something before sucking on my neck. I almost electrocuted you. And I don't ever want to hurt you. I would rather cut myself then harm you." I Told her my feeling. Really I got a soft spot for her. But for some reason my heart started to beat really fast when I saw her flushed face. Maybe I'm sick.

"Next time if you need to suck some blood just tell me and I'll help you. Okay Toga?" All I got was her blush up face. It's really warm, I continued to hug her and she snuggled into my chest. I don't even know what is our relationship at this point but since we are children, I decided to not fuzz about. You know what they said, I'll tomorrow's problem for the tomorrow me.

Anyway that was one of the notable events, later I asked what was her quirk was and she told that as long as she have someone's blood in her body she can transform into them. She also transform her cloths as well but it's overlap her own cloths and made her uncomfortable. She then proceed to transform into me. Wow she look just like me and sound like me. I told that it was really cool like she is some kind of spy from the movie or something. Strangely she's really happy to hear that.

So since she told her quirk, I also told her what my quirk was. On the topic of my quirk, I just found out that I can use it to hack into technology by sending a false electrical signal. Yeah I accidentally hack the vender machine to give a bunch of soda pop, which I proceed to take as much as possible before running away. Yeah not very hero-like but I gave all my extras one to other though that got to count for something at least.

My quirk have improve a lot, I was able to convert my whole forearm into lightning. I think it is closer to plasma, I tested it out. I actually cleaved the poor tree in half, it's like a plasma cutter however I can only do that if my hand is in knife shape like this✋. It is very lethal, and thus sealed. But when made hand a fist shape 👊 and struck the tree, the trees was blown over with a resounding thunderclap. Enough said that I quickly runaway afterward.

I can now clad my body up til my abdomen now. I can create a construct that is about my height last two whole day now. But I can't spam it yet. I also train a lot physically but not to the point of body building. Izuku also train with me, he really is taken my words to heart. My current status improve a lot with my new class, Little Hero. I even leveled up a few time.

EXPs come easy when I still get daily quest everyday, and also when I complete a task like doing my homework and chores. Still the latter give minuscule EXPs depending on the difficulty of the tasks. Anyway that one whole year went by pretty was. I don't even know when I'm going to hit a class level limit again. Although there should be a function to save EXPs for when my class hit a level limit. But nothing in Life is fair anyway, so I cant expect my quirk to change.

Maybe I should go study human anatomy, after I finished with the electromagnetism studies. Or maybe I should study some programing then maybe I'll get a Tech Wizard class or something. A thought for another day. Ahhhh I just this day to be over with. I don't know what will happen in the future, but I know for sure that school is a bane of my life.

Man time sure fly when you are so having fun, well except for school. It has been two years, I am now 9 years old. These past years many things, like how Izuku start doing his notebook on quirk's analysis. Man he started young, or is because of my influence. Bah, I don't know. What I know is that it was good that he started the analysis.

Another note, Toga have developed some concerning hobby. It had been two years since she first sucked my blood, and she definitely have develop a blood fetish. She would occasionally ask to sucked my blood, I mean it's her quirk acting up. Not that I mind helping out, but every session she sucked my blood, we would cuddled together for a while. Usually at my home or at her house, well those were the only place where I can let Toga sucked my blood with out question.

I know it's weird, and it should be condoned but I don't really care. I don't even know what our relationship is anymore, it's just that it felt right. I felt clam when I am in her presence, like everything is going to be okay. I don't really know what this feeling is. I have never felt like this, even from my previous life.

Anyway my relationship with Toga will probably not progress any further than this, until at least we are older. Yea, I can't wait for puberty. yaaaaaaaay...

Well, enough mushy crap. My quirk's development is going really well, I can now coated my whole body in lightning like the Third Raikage from Naruto. The technique allows me to move very very fast, while providing protection as well as have combat capability. It also the speed up my time perception, it essential granted me bullet time effect. Where everything slow down to the minimum, as I was able to move normally. Like the Matrix.

I also have a theory, my body have limited electrical capacity that can be improve by using it and depleting it. So by continuously depleting and refilling, I basically enlarged my lightning capacity. It had been to a point that I was able to create an adult size construct that can last for 2 days.

On the side note, my lightning mimicry ability was also progressing pretty well. During the past 2 years I realize that if I could do full body Lightning mimicry, I will probably be untouchable at least in the physical sense. It is because I change my body into an energy state, I was essential can't be harm. Unless of course they were wearing a rubber gloves. Then again if I up my voltage while in that state, I should be able to burn off those rubber gloves. It is so that I'll be generating heat, hot enough to burn those gloves off easily. It's just science, that is why electrical burn is a thing.

Anyway, I grown a lot these past two years not just my quirk but also in term of my appearance. I have grown taller, in fact I'm a tallest kid in my grade. I'm fair skinned, and have a healthy body. Well I'm not fat nor I am muscular. I mean what 9 year old have 6 packs? The answer was no 9 years old have a 6 packs. I get it that exercise is good for you, but there is no point to become super muscular as a child. And I have been putting off my training, until at least I'm older. So my status didn't change all that much except for Agility and Constitution.

My skills have reached my many breakthrough. My lightning manipulation is rank 4 now, some of my skills have reached rank 2 or 3 depending on the usage. Got some new skills like human's anatomy, hacking, and electromagnetism manipulation.

I also need to look through the perk list. I still got 8 years more to go til the start of canon. So much to do but so little time. I should also start looking for my party member. Maybe Toga is a good choice, since I don't think she appear in canon then again my meta knowledge only last til the school festival.

Anyway I should ask her what she want to do in a future. In a main time let's enjoy this peace a while longer, cause I know for sure when canon start it is when shit is start to hit the fan.
