2 Chapter : 2 My quirk is...

Those annoying little things always stole my sleep but today its different..

I will ignore their noise and sleep in an hour..No make that two

I rolled to the other side. I laid on my ear and put my pillow in the other..The sound was muffled but somehow it just made it more annoying..

They continued chirping like anything..Like they are trying to show off their symphonies or something..

I got used to the sound and was about to fall asleep untill it changed..

Their chirping changed.. if before they sound like they are comparing their voice now it sounds more like they were arguing

"Argh" I put my blanket over my head but the sound seems to get louder and louder..

Except, of course dolphins..heard they sleep with only half their brain so, 'half asleep' is literal for them..

Anyways the point is if they DID steal our sleep everyday, people will always be sleepy in the working days slowing down progress tremendously...

Halting the every growing development of mankind..

People will be moody and grumpy and will cause conflicts...Wars will be waged...

And the greatest mind in the world will rot away because of sleep deprivation...

I shot up from my bed and immediately ran towards the window..

I am not going to let that happen..I realised your dirty mastermind BIRDS..

I slam open the window "I, HERO FIREPALM WILL STOP YOUR EVIL PLAN DINOSAUR RIP OFFS!??!" I aim my hands towards the tree few meters away from my window where two birds sit..

I thought there were at least thousands of those considering all the noise..

The birds flew away and I just stare dumbfounded as they flew away..

Sleepiness finally leaving my head and clarity taking the spot...

I stared at the mirror infront of me and a kid with messy ash blonde hair and bright red eyes stared right back..

He has chubby face but his expression looked extremely grumpy but on his chubby little face it looked adorable... his lips was covered in a foam and a toothbrush was in his mouth..

I brushed my teeth awkwardly with my left hand..I usually use my right hand but I slept on it weirdly last night..

Yeah I slept like a log last night and considering what happened in the morning, I better not have so much milk before bed again..

I spit out the foam of toothface and wiped my mouth..."What are you looking at?" I asked the boy in the mirror..but he didn't reply..

I gave him a hard stare and I just left with a huff..

'I will let you go just this time' yeah he was lucky he got away this time..

I ate breakfast and during that, my mother was looking at me with a smirk from time to time..

I think she know what happend this morning..Yeah I shout outside the window so I'm pretty sure she heard me..

How embarrassing... I pick up the pieces of my dignity and quickly left and head to the backyard

Yes...My awesome quirk...its different from the previous 'me' that I know..Similiar but different..

I reached the backyard and it was quite big and there are trees and stuff

My parents are fashion designers and quite a sucessful one at that so we are pretty rich and have big backyard..oh and a nice house too..

Now..The grand reveal...I put out my right hand and focused at the palm of my hand..

I closed my eyes and I felt the energy..inside me? I cannot exactly pinpoint where it was in my body, I just knew its inside me..

Its not in my head, my heart, my chest or my pe-..You get the point..

I just knew its inside me and I was willing to bet my life on it even though I don't know where...

Its not just in the level like how you know you have a brain...Young kids don't know that and even if you do you are not quite sure sometimes..hehe...since you can't touch it or see it but this was different...this was deeper more profound

See it I may not nor touch it am I able..but I was sure...Like really 'sure'...Its kinda like how you know you are living but deeper..

I willed it and now the energy was in my hand..No it doesn't flow towards or something it just...it just got there, alright..

I can feel it..I can taste it...It tasted like burnt fire...Whatever that taste like...Oh it taste like this..

I push off the energy out from my palm and like a constant explosion happened in my hand a fire spewed out from my hand..Like the end of a rocket..

I can also do this..

I closed fist and made the energy 'pop' and my hand suddenly exploded..

'Detonate'..Thats what I called my quirk..

I can cause explosion from any part of my body but parts like hand, elbows, feet, knees etc are easier than others..

The creppy short little small and tiny old man also refered to as the 'doctor' told me that my quirk was a deviant or something but I couldn't quite remember stuff about it...

I was too excited okay..Im 4 for god sake..

If I remember correctly its a deviant beause it had nothing to do with my parents quirks which are 'glycerin:can produce glycerin from skin' and 'acid sweat:the name says it all'...

Usually the quirk of a child is the combination of both the parent's quirk or one of the parent and sometimes it can mutate and be different but it is always somewhat similair...

Like it made sense that a child can have those quirks considering its parents quirk even if its a little far fetched..if that made sense..

But mine is not...It just came without giving a single fuck to the common sense and accepted standard of the world..It was total bullshit...The Fire in the Sea of facts...

It blow up the entire hospital (mentally)..It caused a huge outburst and explosion of confusion..It detonated and broke the door of common sense and allowed the endless questions to flood in...

It caused a huge explosion even before I even activate it....I liked it..I liked it very much..

The doctors were curious and asked us if we could visit from time to time but my parents instlantly rejected...And even when they tried to offer some things they gave the 'But I refuse' answer....

It sounded like its the first time but its not..But its just extremely rare and I am the first one from Japan from what I heard...and its unheard of for a deviant quirk to be this powerful, coming from mundane parent quirks..

So anyways this is my qurik...I'm pretty sure I haven't even scratched the surface about what my quirk can do but I will continue experimenting with it..

So many questions like 'Whats this energy inside me?'

'If this energy is the cause of explosion, then can I transfer this in another object and make it explode?'

'What-'On second thought Im pretty sure I haven't even seen the surface of it..

This is not as simple as it sounds or look..
