Gathering team members

Seeing the rest of the participants cross the finish line one by one Shun slowly walked towards the enraged Bakugo.

"Hey Katsuki."

"...Handsome Bastard..."

"You are stopping at that, looks like you really are pissed."

"Tch, just shut the hell up bastard."

"Alright, alright calm down."

"And you!! What the hell even was that?!?!" asked Bakugo with as he remembered Shun's performance in the obstacle course.

"Well it wasn't much. Calm down for now, I will leave you alone to relax for a bit." said Shun as he gave a pat on Bakugo's shoulder and walked away.

Soon the final student who was going to be selected for the second round arrived making all those who passed the first round focus back towards Midnight.

"Alright, you all did great in the first round and even though some of you might not have been able to show your true potentials you all don't have to worry. We are now going to have our second event!!" said Midnight as the screen behind her started to spin the lottery like screen.

Soon the wheel stopped and a huge "Cavalry battle" appeared on the screen.

'Oh a team event! Interesting.' thought Shun.

"A cavalry battle! Those of you who are at the top will suffer the most. Of course that is something you will experience over and over again here at UA. Show us what plus ultra means." said Midnight.

"We have assigned a point value to each of you based on your rank in the obstacle course. The 42nd place gets 5 points and it increases by 5 for each rank above it and the point value assigned to first place contestant is 10 million!!" announced Midnight.

Just as those words left Midnight's mouth everyone's even Shun's eyes widened a bit from surprise, though he immediately narrowed them as he felt a large amount of killing intent from all directions.

"So this is how they are going to play, huh. Those of you who are at the top will suffer the most seems fitting now." said Shun as he looked around and was surprised to see that even his own classmates were eyeing him like a prey.

After that Midnight started explaining the rules for the game and once she was done the students were given 15 minutes to form teams.

"...Looks like I am not going to get teammates just by standing here." said Shun as he noticed how the nearby students ignored him.

He then looked around thinking about whom he should have on his team and noticed Itsuka looking at him with a smirk as she walked close to him and said, "Hey there seat neighbour from first year."

"...What do you want annoying seat neighbour?"

"Yup, I am not getting on your team. Bye seat neighbour." said Itsuka as she walked away with a smile.

"Best of luck to you, Itsuka. Do your best." said Shun as he waved back at her and then started looking around once again.

"Well, let's go and try to get my best bud to join my team." said Shun as he started walking and immediately noticed a lot of glances at him from the other contestants who were curious about whom Shun was about to ask to join his team.

Ignoring the others Shun just smiled brightly and put his hand on the shoulder of a boy who was surrounded by a lot of students.

"Who the hell- Handsome Bastard!!!" yelled Bakugo as soon as he saw Shun.

"Katsuki my man....join my team." said Shun with a smile on his face.

"Like hell I will!!! I will not be in your team and will beat the shit out of you and show everyone who is the best. There is no reason for me to join your team!!!" said Bakugo.

"Well I will give you some reasons.....now let's go talk over there in private." said Shun as he placed his arm around Bakugo's neck and took a bit distance from his classmates.

"H-Hey do you think that Bakugo will join Kazami-san's team?" asked Mina.

"Hah, like hell he would, he would rather die than be on the same team as someone whom he want to defeat." said Sato.

"But it's Kazami we are talking about. It's totally possible that-"

"Yay, I got myself a Katsuki!" cheered Shun as he walked with his arm around an annoyed Bakugo who was looking at Shun with a really pissed off face.

"...Yeah, this game is fu*ked." said Sero.

A few moments ago: When Shun and Bakugo walked away to talk:

"Whatever you say I am not going to join your team." said Bakugo in a stern voice.

"Bakugo I know that you hate this a lot, but why don't you calm down and think about what I am about to say." said Shun to which Bakugo just stared at him silently.

"Well my first reason for you to join my team is simply because it will be great since our quirks will compliment eachother's and it will be an amazing combination. Second reason is, do you really think that it is worth challenging me right now?" said Shun.

"What the hell does that mean?" asked Bakugo.

"I mean just think about it, the way you gave the opening ceremony you are bound to get attacked in the game. Meaning you will be busy fending off for yourself as well which may or may not allow you to fight me."

"Hah, I will show all those who dare stand in my way what it feels like to fight against the number one."

"Except you actually aren't no.1 meaning you won't be the primary focus of the contestants since they will only remember you as the guy who said bug words at the opening ceremony and ended up as 4th in the first event...and even though it may sound rude *phew* even Izuku beat you, you know?"

"Deku!!!"

"Now now calm down and let me finish. Before you think any further, there is one more thing you should know about that this is a team event." said Shun.

"Yeah, so what?"

"It means that it doesn't matter even if you win this match since it will not prove that you are the best here because it will be a team event."

"You really want me to kill you handsome bastard."

"That is the truth you except it or not.... besides with me being here, it's not like you are going to win anyway." said Shun and immediately dodged a punch from Bakugo.

"So won't you think it would be better to join my team since it will mean that you will be in the team that will be 1st ranked in this event and if we win we will be 1st ranked for the final round as well and that is where we get to battle and you can show how strong and competent you are. Whereas, if by chance something like Izuku outclassing you happened once again we might not be able to fight in the final round, you know." said Shun.

"Hah! You think Deku defeating me will happen! That's totally hilarious!" said Bakugo

"You lost twice to him asshole." said Shun.

"Agh! A-Anyways I am not joining your team and that's final! I will crush you and and show everyone that I am the one who stands at the top."

Hearing that Shun looked at Bakugo who turned around and was about to walk away and sighed.

"Looks like I need to use my trump card. Hey Katsuki."

"Now what you bastard?!"

"...Don't regret this later you made me do this. I have one more reason for you to join my team."

"And what is that? You going to cry?"

"No, but do you know that I have the picture of the crying young Katsuki-chan wearing girly clothes." said Shun and immediately Bakugo flinched and a shiver run passed his spine.

"N-No way, d-did that hag-"

"I even have the picture of you wearing your mom's bra when you were young...what do you think will happen if such embarassing photos ar-"

"Shut up or I wi kill you!!!" said Bakugo as he glared at Shun.

Shun smiled and moved his hand forward, "Want to join my team Katsuki?"

But Bakugo didn't answer and just glared at Shun.

"You know I really wanna see how the people will think of you when they saw those photos once you become a hero."

"Fine I wi join!!!"

"Yay, I got myself a Katsuki!" said Shun as he immediately wrapped his arm around Bakugo's shoulder.

"I swear that I will kill you." muttered Bakugo.

"Katsuki-chan~"

"Damn it I was just a brat back then!!!"

"Haha, it's great to have you on the team. Now let's get our other team mates."

"Tch, who are they gonna be?" asked Bakugo with an annoyed look on his face.

"That would be him and him." said Shun as he pointed his fingers at a spiky red haired boy and a bird faced boy and went to invite the other two.

And needles to say both Kirishima and Tokoyami agreed quite easily to join Shun's team and once the team was formed they started to discuss their strategy.
