Chapter 2 - Laguna Beach

Mya POV

Me and mom moved to Laguna Beach where there are few quirk users as we moved to our new house, I wanna meet Lauren cause in the show she needed just someone who would be there for her really.

Our house is really next door to hers as I walk out to see the view as it was beautiful really.

Mom: Honey.

Mya: Yeah?

Mom walks in.

Mom: I see you notice the view.

Mya: Yeah, so you start your job tomorrow?

Mom: Yes and you start school, you excited?

Mya: Yes, I am and I hope I make new friends really.

Mom: You will but you have to promise to not use your quirk while we're here unless in case of emergencies.

Mya: I promise.

Mom: Good, remember you have practice tomorrow.

Mya: Right.

Mom left my room as I walked to the balcony to see the waves, I decided to put on a swimsuit under my clothes to walk the beach as I saw a beautiful girl walking towards me, Lauren Conrad.

As we made eye contact I saw her beautiful eyes.

Lauren: Hi.

Mya: Hello.

Lauren: You must be new here?

Mya: Yeah, me and my mom just moved in next door.

I pointed to my house.

Lauren: Oh cool, I live next door to you.

Mya: Nice, so I see you enjoy the beach really.

Lauren: Yeah I come here to think.

Mya: That's nice, I do the same really.

Lauren: I'm Lauren Conrad but my friends call me LC.

Mya: I'm Mya James but my friends call me MJ.

Lauren: So your going to school?

Mya: Yes, I start tomorrow.

Lauren: Well do you need a lift tomorrow?

Mya: Actually I do, I was gonna drive but this saves me on gas really.

Lauren: Oh well lucky me then.

We laughed.

Mya: Are you getting in the water?

Lauren: Yes I am, care to join me?

Mya: I would love to.

As we took off our clothes to put them on the side as we got in.
