Stella bit her lip anxiously. There was not a lot of time. Rune's body was already going through the processes of death and healing magic would be ineffective now. Healing magic, as powerful as it was, was still a subcategory of light magic. It had its limits. If she tapped into the other path, however, and employed a powerful life magic spell then it would certainly be possible.

The problem was, Stella had never learned how to use life magic and thus could not switch to a life embodiment elemental state readily. There was only one person in the world who could use life magic. Vivienne Duskwright, headmaster of the kingdom of Veronica's Grand Academy.

Stella's master, Serac Granz, refused to trust anyone from the Dragon Clan. And even if he had, it was doubtful whether or not they could even get her to offer her assistance. Vivienne had her own complicated circumstances that made it difficult for her to move freely, or so Stella's master was explained.
