However, our peaceful atmosphere was short-lived...

Suddenly, the air current increased as a storm tore through the sky, and the soft rumble of thunder became audible.

"That wasn't there before," Harley noted, glancing towards the window with a puzzled frown.

The water level rose slowly but noticeably as the sea's waves grew more violent. Our drinks sloshed violently, and the wall and ceiling crystals rattled ever so slightly, disturbing the room's quiet atmosphere.

"It's like a freaking tsunami!" I stood up and rushed to the open balcony. "Wait! Is that Kara? Who the hell is she fighting with?"

I quickly raised my aura shield around the building. A faint red aura was covering the entire Blue Crystal restaurant. The massive waves crashed against my shield with tremendous force, creating a loud roaring noise. Harley hugged me from behind and peeked over my shoulders. Next, multiple waves slammed against my shield one after another.

"Kara stalking us?!" Harley wondered.

I gazed at Kara, hovering in the air, exchanging blows with another superhuman in some kind of armor that I'd never seen before. I tried to peek through her mask, and she kinda looks like Kara.

"Nah! I doubt that," I replied to Harley's question.

Then the other girl punched Kara hard as she crashed into the building nearby. I had to use my aura shield to cover the civilians in and around that building. Dust and debris filled the air as a significant portion of the building was obliterated. And then, through the chaos and destruction, she emerged. It was Powergirl.

She stood up with a grunt and shook her head, "Arggg! That bitch." Then she noticed the red bubbles with civilians inside them and glanced toward us, "Hey, Alex."

"Kara," My left eye twitched, "Go before I smack your ass."

Freaking hell! Can't a man enjoy a nice and peaceful time with his wife? I saved the world from those deadites, and that corrupted Dr. Strange... And for what? This shit? Fuck. That bitch she is fighting is also a Kryptonian.

Zingg! Zingg! The look-alike threw lasers from her eyes.

That's heat vision incoming, no doubt about that.

"Sorry about that. Didn't mean to crash your lovey-dovey time..." Kara countered the heat vision with her heat vision. The heat and sound of two heat visions colliding with each other was immense. It was too bright.

"What the fuck were you thinking? You know Harley is pregnant, and yet you put her in danger? Take your fight outside before I kick your ass," I literally yelled at her in anger. Of all the places she could have crashed, it just had to be here.

"Sorry, Harl... I didn't mean to..." Kara quickly nodded and flew toward her opponent, kicking her high up in the air, taking the fight elsewhere. Harley and I watched as they disappeared into the distance, the sound of their battle growing fainter.

It seemed that, even on our honeymoon, trouble had a way of finding us.

I turned to Harley, who had been caught in the middle of this unexpected disruption, and offered her an apologetic smile, "I don't know why, but trouble keeps popping up one after another. Let's get out of here."

"Aren't you gonna help her?" She pointed at the sky where Kara was getting beaten up badly by that armored Kryptonian. "I get it things didn't turn out as we planned... But... You sure you can leave her alone like that? Besides, she is pretty, isn't she?"

"Haaa..." I stood up, "You are thinking of different ways to have a threesome with her, huh? You do know that I can tell it just by glancing at your face?"

"Oh, was that obvious?" She chuckled.

I shook my head with a wry smile. "You horny girl. You never cease to surprise me." I turned my attention toward the distant battle between Powergirl and her adversary. "I'll jump in if things get out of hand, but for now, Kara can handle herself. Let's just hope she doesn't bring the fight back here. Because my wife is my top priority right now, not her..."

"Oh, you care so much about me," Harley joined me at the window and kissed my cheek, "You're right. Let's hope she sorts this mess out. I don't want our honeymoon to turn into a battle zone."

I put an arm around Harley, pulling her close. "Don't worry. I've got my eye on the situation. If things get too intense, I'll step in. But for now..." I used my aura strings to bring the desserts, "Let's enjoy something sweet."

Kara and her unknown enemy engaged in a fierce aerial battle, soaring through the skies above Crystal Island. Their movements were a blur of motion as they traded blows with immense speed and strength. Neither side gave an inch, each exchange ending in a stalemate.

The armored Kryptonian looks kinda powerful. She possessed abilities and powers similar to Kara, and the two combatants were evenly matched. Their fists collided with explosive force, sending shockwaves rippling through the air. The impacts of their punches created small shockwaves that shattered the windows of nearby buildings and sent debris flying.

Humm... Kara is holding back due to the civilians, and that bitch knows. She is intentionally keeping her here to prevent her from using her full power. Smart move.

Harley and I watched the battle unfold from our hotel room balcony, which provided us with an excellent view of the conflict. We enjoyed dessert while we observed the spectacle, occasionally commenting on the action. But I guess it's lime to lend her a little help.

"SKILL: AURA DOMAIN!"

A burst of red aura emerged from my body, spreading over the island. Within seconds, I somehow managed to cover it. No more unnecessary damage. "HEY, KARA!!" I yelled, "Don't worry about the damage. Go all out."

Kara heard my words and took a deep breath. She glanced at me and nodded. The air around her crackled with intense heat as she soared towards her opponent.

"HAARRGGHHH!!!" Kara unleashed a barrage of punches, each one landing with devastating force. Her movements were so fast that they were a blur, and her attacks hit with such power that they created shockwaves that shook my shield.

Her opponent was able to block some of her punches, but most of them landed, causing significant damage. Kara unleashed a flurry of kicks and elbow strikes, her attacks raining down in an unrelenting torrent. Their battle intensified. Torrents of shockwaves swept over the aura domain. It's freaking powerful. Without the shield, the entire island would have blown off just now.

Heat vision beams shot from their eyes, creating a dazzling display of energy in the sky. The beams collided and sizzled.

As the battle in the sky continued, it became clear that the armored Kryptonian was gaining the upper hand. Her attacks were relentless, and Kara was beginning to show signs of fatigue.

The armored Kryptonian seized the opportunity and launched a devastating punch that sent her hurtling toward the ground.

Well...

I blinked, catching her mid-air before she could crash. She appeared battered and fatigued, "You are getting your ass kicked again, huh? Is she that strong?"

"Yeah, she is the third one..." She replied as I looked at the armored bitch.

"That's impressive," I softly let her down on the ground, "Leave the rest to me." She took down two enemies already, probably Kryptonians, no wonder, she's exhausted. But I thought she could absorb the sun rays to replenish her stamina and heal up!

I took to the skies, ready to fight the armored Kryptonian who had caused all of this mayhem. The conflict had already reached a point of no return, and it was time for me to step in. She looked at me, her eyes filled with arrogance and pride. She charged at me with amazing speed, intending to knock me out with a powerful punch. But...

[Booom!!!] Shockwaves rippled in the air as I blocked her punch with a single finger, "Oh, my... You were struggling against her?" I looked back at Kara with a smirk.

"Yeah, yeah. Have fun," She sat down on the ground, clutching her stomach.

"ARGGG!!!" The bitch unleashed her heat vision.

"Oh, no. You don't!" Grabbing her face, I flew up, taking her out of the Earth's atmosphere and into space. Since she is so eager to fight, I will test my new power on her. Let's check my defenses.

In the cold expanse of space, I held the armored Kryptonian face. Her struggles against my grasp were futile, and her heat vision flickered harmlessly from the gaps of my fingers, in the vacuum. I released my grasp on her and allowed her to fly freely in the weightlessness of space. As she attempted to fly back to Earth, I summoned aura strings and hurled her into the darkness like a ragdoll, "What's the hurry?"

"Very well. Then die," As the armored Kryptonian attempted to regain her composure and fly back toward me, I readied myself for her next attack. She unleashed a powerful blast of icy breath, creating a wave of freezing energy that washed over me.

[Passive Skill: Adaptation]

The icy blast covered me, and for a moment, I appeared to be encased in a frozen shell. Everything was freezing cold. However, my aura quickly adapted to the cold and began to emanate warmth, melting the ice around me. I remained unfazed by her attempt to freeze me.

"What else you got?" I asked with a smirk.

The armored Kryptonian, undeterred by her previous failure, unleashed a powerful heat vision beam at me. I responded by activating my Active Skill: Energy Blast.

A searing wave of blue energy surged from my outstretched hand, meeting her heat vision head-on. The two powerful beams clashed in a dazzling display of energy, creating a blinding explosion. The beam contest raged on. Our collision sent shockwaves out into the emptiness. I can see the desperation on her face as she pushed harder, attempting to overpower me.

I couldn't help but grin as the battle dragged on. It was nice to face an opponent who challenged me, and it had been much too long since I'd had such nice entertainment. Shit! I guess I'm enjoying fighting her. Haaa... And there I was talking about wanting peace and all.

[Active Skill: Aura Amplification]

I strengthened my aura with a surge of power, amplifying the energy blast. The increasing force pushed the armored Kryptonian's heat vision back toward her. She tried to fight back, but the overwhelming force of my strike hurled her through space, unable to hold her ground. The energy blast's backlash hit her with enormous force, propelling her even further into the depths of space.

I blinked behind her and grabbed her neck. My eyes fell on the moon...

Ah! The moon... I always wanted to go to the moon...
