The Ark slipped back into the Tyntra System, its engines humming quietly as they approached Thraxos. The moon loomed in the distance, a cold, desolate rock orbiting a lawless star system. Ethan sat at the helm, his eyes fixed on the massive structure of Tazra Kane's base. It was a sprawling fortress, surrounded by defensive turrets, gunships, and mercenaries patrolling the dark, crater-filled surface.
Ethan took a deep breath. "We're back. Everyone ready?"
Prella was standing beside him, arms crossed, her face set in a tight scowl. "We're walking into a nest of vipers, Captain. Tazra's not going to make this easy."
Behind them, Vala leaned back in her seat, a smirk on her face, though her eyes were sharp. "We've got the device. That's what matters. She'll play ball because she needs us just as much as we need her."
Ethan glanced at Nova's hologram as she flickered to life. "Nova, anything suspicious on our approach?"
