"Is there something, you ain't saying? Is it personal? If you don't mind I share in your pain he said."

 "I have some family problems, that's all she lied."

"Oh, am sorry about It every family have it's problem."

"Yeah. You are right, Adrian are you going for the prom?'

"Nope, I don't like parties" he told her.

"Oh, you look like the party type" he smiled.

"Are you serious? You are the first to say this" Adrian laughed.

"Maybe you should try this prom, it isn't like the prom in your high school, this prom will make you wished for more" She tried to convinced him."

"Hmmmm, let's see if my girlfriend will go along, am sure she won't go alone he told her."

"Really?! Camille said she was here dying for him, while he was with another bitch!

"Why on Earth would she fall in love with the wrong guy!

Her step brother was once told her she was the most  foolish girl now she believed him she was indeed a stupid one. She doesn't want him to  see her cry again.

"Okay, if you don't want to come to the prom, is fine, you don't look like the party type though. "

"But you just said it now he looked surprised."

"Oh yes, I was just joking she grabbed her phone."

"Okay, Lizzy and Ava ? Are you sure they went  to the grocery?

"I don't really,  am tired and sleepy she yawned."

"Maybe you should take a rest, I will take my leave, have something to do at home."

"Or he got something to do with his girlfriend she said to her self."

"No probs Adrian, thanks for coming to see , am really grateful she folded her hands in front."

"You welcome, get well soon okay?

"Yeah, I Will thanks for the fruits I really appreciate she thanked him again."

"Thanks, take care of yourself he added."

He shut the door.

At last , he was gone! She threw her pillow on the floor, she hated herself more than ever, she should have asked him if he had a girlfriend before loving him. She was still crying when Lizzy and Ava came in.

"O my God, what happened here?? Cami who hurt you??

"Is it Adrian ?Ava asked hugging her."

"Yeah, it's him."

Lizzy looked around the room and she saw that the room was so messed up, she blamed herself she caused this, she thought adrian was a cool guy but she was wrong he was a damn rapist!

"That son of a bitch! She said . How dare he touched you??

"He raped you? Ava looked at her to see if she had a scratch."

"What... Rape??? Camille stopped crying looking at her friends! Why will he do that?!

"We thought.... We were thinking.....noo ... Lizzy stammered."

"If he didn't do it , why are you crying?? Why is the room so so messed up, our books, pillows the bed covers ? while all these mess?!

Ava was confused.

I did it girls! She closed her eyes waiting for her friends scream. She knew how much effort they poured while arranging the house earlier. 

"You did what??? Came the perfect screams she was waiting for."

"Am sorry guys, Adrian told me he had a girlfriend I got out of control and did this pointing the mess."

"O my goodness, girl you went through alot! Lizzy said."

"Am sorry, we were waiting outside for you guys . We are so sorry dear."

"It hurt so much, she sobbed."

"I understand dear, but the most important thing is that you told him how you feel about him Ava tried to comfort her."

"Girls, I didn't  she said quietly. She knew her friends were going to scold her again."

"If you don't tell him how you feel, then you are no girl! Lizzy said."

"I wanted to... but when he told me he was going to the prom with his girlfriend and I couldn't ask him again Camille explained."

"Whether he has a girlfriend, wife to be or not , it doesn't matter you have to tell him,  he is yet to be married, baby girl you gat a chance and you Know that  Ava told her."

"Okay guys , am going to tell him when next we see

Camille increased her pace when she was  Adrian at the car park.He just drove in at the mall.

 "What's up, cami he greeted as soon as he spotted her."

Hi, how are you doing she replied .

"Am fine, and you look great this time he said you came to shop?

"Yeah, but am done going home from here."

"Okay, I came to pick up my ....

"Your girlfriend, She cut him Off."

"Yeah but that sound weird  he looked at the door way, checking if twins were out."

"I have something to tell you but only if you go to the prom with me she said with a no joking face."

"Really? Cami are you asking me to be your date? 

"Yes Adrian, she avoiding his gaze."

"The most beautiful girl in Oxford asking for a date, that's an honor! Hope your boyfriend won't be there? He asked."

 "I don't have a boyfriend she said giving him a Stern look."

"Unbelievable, a beautiful girl like you???

"Say yes or no she told him confidently."

"Yes , I will,  he answered."

"Oh thanks dear,i will tell you what it is on prom night, she promised."

"Ok, no problems I will be there. Sorry I can't drop at home...."

"No problems, I brought my car bye. She walked to her car and she drove happily."

She sang all the love songs she could remember, may be her friends were right, she should tell him how she feels at the moment how her keeps burning and aching all night long waiting for his love.

"Love involves two persons, Adrian am waiting,  for you to love me back please she said to herself."

When she reached home, she was excited to get out of her car, Adrian agreed to  be her date for the prom , it's was a step forward.
