Cursed!

First, I want to say that I changed the name 'Alesul' to 'Baal' as I thought the name 'Alesul' was too girly.

Second, I removed the [Harem] tag since I forgot to do so before since I have no idea whether I want this to be harem or non-harem since harems typically ruin stories, but I also don't know about non-harem because it is a multiverse and there are just good potential waifus.

Rereading the status file in my hands, my eyes keep glossing over the status part of it.

I was cursed by the world. It says 'world will' so does that mean the world has an ego? A sentient being?

Deciding that this question will only make my head hurt, I push it to the back of my mind. However, the reason why I could never grow stronger and have power was that I was cursed the whole time.

A sigh escapes out of my mouth.

Checking the rest of my status, my eyes get drawn to the 'Abilities' part. [Martial Arts] and [Swordsmanship] were something I knew I have because I have been practicing them for a while.

But the [Sealed] parts truly make me wonder what that ability really is. The rest of my status was something that I knew.

I lean back on my chair and close my eyes.

I need to find a way to take off this curse. I get my phone and look over the group chat options. Seeing the [Shop] option, I click on it and numerous items pop up.

[Dark Fruit]- 5000 points

[Light Fruit]- 5000 points

[Flame Breathing]- 2500 points

[Water Breathing]- 2500 points

I looked down and found a ton of items that would make someone really powerful. However, I glossed over those without any care since it wasn't something that I needed at this moment.

Getting tired of looking through all these random things, I look at the help part and there is a part that says to filter, search, and other things.

This is such complicated technology.

"Filter, filter, filter..." I began to mutter the word filter trying to find the button.

Finding it, I click on it, and I stumbled on even more complicated things.

W-what? What is the abomination?

Pushing a random button and picking some commonsense picks, I finally see what I have been looking for.

[Curse Dispeller Potion]- 500 points

500 points...

Another sigh comes out of my mouth.

Shaking off these useless thoughts of holding on to the wastable yet precious points, I click on the [Buy] button and space seems to distort and shudder for a second until something just...

PLOP

...plops out.

A brown box appears on the ground.

I went to grab it and the moment I did the box opened and an item were in it.

The potion was in a normal glass tube. The potion was blue, and it didn't look like water.

It just looked like goo. I pick it up and open the cap. Now I am pretty sure I have to drink this even though I really don't want to.

Sucking it up, I chugged the blue gooey potion expecting a disgusting taste and excruciating pain.

"Ugh! That is disgusting! Blegh!" Sticking my tongue out trying to grab unto fresh air to lighten up this distaste.

"..."

"Did it work?"

Not feeling any pain, I wondered if it worked. Not even a second after I said that a huge amount of pain started from all over my body.

I fell to the ground while trying to bear the pain by holding on to something.

I started screaming but I quickly grabbed a small towel on the side of the crib and bit on it.

"MMMMFFFF!"

The worse pain I have ever felt in all my years of being alive.

My insides were churning and felt like they were being mashed together. My skin felt itchy so much that I wanted to tear it off and felt so hot that I wanted to stuff my body in the freezing waters.

The pain lasted maybe 20 minutes or longer. Couldn't really tell.

A cracking sound could be heard in my mind. Almost as if something was unlocked inside of me.

I stayed on the ground for a couple of minutes while trying to catch my breath.

I try to get up and my body felt so sore like I have been working out nonstop. I sit down on the couch and just start to breathe in and out.

A chuckle escaped my mouth.

"Hehe, that hurt." I joke lightly to make myself feel better.

Despite the pain and the joking, I felt free. I always felt locked, chained up. Now? Now I don't feel like that.

I felt something in my body. A type of energy. I tried to call it but I couldn't. I tried multiple methods even using the magical phrase.

I stick out my right hand toward the sky while having my left hand hold my right hand's wrist tightly as if it was shaking and about to lose control, "Abracadabra!"

"Ahem." A cough seemed to echo throughout the whole room.

"..."

I slowly look at who did that and saw it was my favorite master!

I put down my hand calmly and rub the back of my head shyly, "Hahaha, so what are you doing here Killian?"

"...Oh please don't let me interrupt your moment. I know how rarely you get these types of moments."

An arrow went straight through my heart.

"S-so, what are you doing here?" I barely managed to speak.

"I have the baby products ready." Killian maintained his stoic face.

"Oh, I'll take them." I stretched out my hands.

"...I am doubtful that you are able to take care of young master Meliodas with your.... unique mind."

"Ugh" Another arrow goes straight through my heart.

"I-I am fine. Hand me those products."

Killian gives me the baby products and walks towards the door. But not before saying another thing,

"I hope you will refrain from working out in young master Meliodas' room. It's not like you will be getting any stronger, but I understand since a baby is the only thing you can impress with your unique mind and actions."

The last but not least, the third arrow strikes my heart and I fall back down on the couch.

Killian shuts the door.

"Why does he hurt me so much?"

My body slumps down and I begin to get depressed.

A few seconds later, my amazing self is back at its peak.

Giving up on making my newfound and unknown power appear I just go back to taking care of Meliodas and looking at the group chat.

Capital City Child: "So I know that everyone just went silent for a couple of minutes. I just want to say. This is real? Seriously?!"

Hori Kyouko believed this was just a group of delusional and crazy kids but after she was rewarded [Enhance Eyesight], she began to see the whole world clearer. At first, she rubbed her eyes and closed them but once she opened them again, she was utterly shocked.

"Just what is going on?" Hori muttered.

Heiress of the Hyuga: "It really is real. I just went outside and ran after receiving the reward because of curiosity and realized that I was not getting tired even after running much faster than my past limit."

Hanabi was a bit unlike Hori Kyouko since her world had different and unexplainable things. However, even she was still in a bit of doubt after everything.

"Even with chakra, I am not able to push myself the way I pushed myself before." Hanabi paused and then thought of something.

"What if I use chakra to reinforce my stamina to even greater heights. What would happen?" Hanabi seemed to talk to herself.

Dumb and Broke God: "I got money. HAHAHA! Now I am not a broke god no more!"

Yato, just like Hanabi had some misgivings about this weird group chat however when money appeared out of nowhere and just fell on his lap. The exact amount of money the group chat reward said.

Yato's face stiffened for a second. "How is this all possible."

The Clean Freak: "...What is this"

Levi, the person who doubted and held suspicions about this group chat the most was utterly shocked.

When he first saw the reward, he got from the group chat [Sword Heart], he instinctively placed his hand on his Shingeki no Kyojin(Swords?).

When he first touched it, a heavenly feeling went in his body, and felt an understanding of his swords. He felt as if there was more to it and wanted to explore that heavenly feeling once more.

Baal, just like the others still also had his misgivings about this group chat and doubted it despite his playfulness earlier.

However, with everything that happened and the rest of the group chat member's reactions. It is official.

A curse escaped out of my mouth due to the problems I will have in the future.
