After gaining control over the mana trying to invade my body, I checked Nathan's body, but surprisingly there was far less mana used on mind controlling him.

I didn't ponder over why, and forcibly took out what little was inside. Although I could've done the same for all the others, it took more effort than I expected, so I gave up on that and instead began prying open the formation.

Surprisingly, it took almost no effort to do so, probably because this was one of the intended functions of the formation. Now given free reign, I rapidly began converting all the mana into my own, slowly but surely.

I could sense some kind of panic, as the mana within the formation had begun moving erratically.

It was fairly clear that my actions were noticed.
