The moment Ben arrived, I knew I felt so happy to see him, not only because I was being rescued but because I missed him so much, and I didn't expect that he would be the one to save me at this hour. And even if he is not telling me that Maya informed him that I am coming to San Antonio. I could tell that my best friend informed him that I was on my way home. I know I should have listened to my best friend when she said I should look for a pension house and drive back tomorrow. Still, I was so eager to reach San Antonio that I didn't mind the weather, and it was already late for me to realize that she was right when I was already having a hard time on top of the bridge.

If Maya didn't inform him, I wonder why Jerry is with them. Jerry is one of our classmates during elementary, and he stopped studying, he didn't study college, and he worked for his uncle as a mechanic. Since he was good, the Hernandez family hired him as their mechanic.
