Ethan's apartment

Samantha came out from her room finding Ethan setting the food on the table. She silently went, taking the seat. She kept looking at him wanting to ask if she can also join him with this trip to his hometown. Even though she said that she wanted to give him space and not behave like a clingy girlfriend, but she couldn't convince her heart to part with him even it was for just two days.

Ethan watched her struggling with her thoughts, she being a foody person was now playing with her folk without tasting anything. Even he was not feeling happy to leave her alone. He wanted to ask her to come with him, but what if she thinks that its too fast him to introduce his mother. Clearing his throat ,he made Samantha to come out from her thoughts.

"What are you thinking? You haven't tasted anything" he asked as her silence was bothering him.

Getting out from her thoughts by listening Ethan's words she looked at him in confusion and then looked at her hand that was holding the piece of steak without eating it, " Hmm...nothing I was going to eat it" saying this she took the first bite devouring the juicy taste of the steak, " I'm going to miss your food "she said absendmindly.

Ethan stopped eating and looked at her, even though he knew she said it tasting the food, but her words were true. She was not a cook who would cook for herself and he has been cooking for them. He knew she would have to eat the food from out, and that made him feel bad.

Without thinking more he spoke, "Would you like to come with?". Samantha who was eating her food choked listening to his words. "Even god didn't want them to be apart " she thought and with a cheeky smile she looked at him.

Ethan took the glass of water and passed to her. Drinking the water she looked at him and smile ,"Is it okay for me too come there....I mean I can stay her, you can go to meet your mother" she didn't wanted to sound happy.

"No it's fine ,You will have to meet my mother someday, so why not now" he smiled had hold her hand kissing her knuckle.

Samantha got up from the chair and went to him sitting on his lap hugging him tightly," I'm happy now" she said pinching his cheeks.

" Were you waiting for me to ask you" he raised his eyebrows making her go silent .Clearing her throat she avoided his gaze.

"Sam... don't avoid my question. Were you waiting for me to ask? You also wanted to come right" he smiled when he saw her trying to free herself from his hold after being caught.

"No...its not like what you think" she tried to get up.

"NO, first say you wanted to come with me" he hold her even tight than before. He was not going to give up before she accepts.

After struggling for long time finally gave up accepting her defeat, "Fine...fine I wanted to come with you" she puffed her cheeks in anger and kept looking at him with frown on her head.

Ethan laugh loudly at her cute face, he didn't knew his fluke question would actually turn true. He was just asking her, just to guess if he was right or not and guess what he hit the home run.

Cupping her face he made her look at him and said," You should have asked me if you wanted to come, I would have happily agreed" he smirked and again burst into a laugh.

"Laugh as much as want " she said and tried to get free from his hold.

"Leave me..." she said asking him to let her go.

"No I am not" he said holding her tight.

Stopping his laugh he looked at her, " Sam you know i love you right" when she nodded in yes he further asked," Then why are you holding back from talking" he said brushing her face by his thumb.

"I wanted to but stopped, not to make you think of me as a clingy girlfriend" she looked down not wanting to show her embarrassed face to him.

"I like you being cling! " he made her look up and kissed her. Though it was for a few second but he loved kissing her.

"Even, I wanted to ask you to join me, but thought...you would think that i am being too pushy" he paused and then said, "I thought you will think that it would be too early for you to introduce to my mother" he joined thier forehead.

"I want to know everything related to you" she took him to a hug ruffing his hair and said, "I would like to come and meet your mom" she said pulling back and cupped his cheeks.

"But will let her know about us when you are ready okay...Just don't push yourself because of me" he said.

"Okay.... " she said and went back on the seat to continue their dinner.

Maira's apartment

Elena reached her place and was introduced to Daniel who was about the leave. Elena wanted to meet the person, whom her best friend had fallen for and guess what today she did.

Daniel was the total opposite of his brother, and quite smart. Though they share the same dumb brain sometimes. But she was happy that her friend was happy.

"Will catch with you both next. It's an emergency need to rush" he kissed Maira before leaving.

Sitting in the living room, they both where enjoying their fried chicken and beer. Elena being a light drinker was given non alcoholic juice.

"What... " Maira screamed her lungs out after listening what Elena said.

Covering her mouth Elena tried to stop her from bursting.

"Don't shout..." she said and removed her hand that covered Maira's face after she gave her the angry bird look.

"And you are telling me now...." she flared in anger which made Elena move a little back on the couch.

"See... even I-i like him and he is changing" she stammer when she saw her friend getting ready to beat her.

"How can you be so sure? I mean, Elena a person who have been a womanizer for his whole life, how come he changes himself after he meets you. Does it even make sense? " she took the beer can and drink it.

"Even i asked him the same but he said he would tell me when the time comes" Elena knew that Maira would doubt, but that was the thing he said to her.

"And Maira he didn't do anything that would make me think that he is just playing around with me" when Elena said how genuine his words were Maira calmed a little. Though she was not full satisfied ,but still she trusted her friend. She knew Elena is not someone who would give in to anyone and that made her believe in him.

"So when you are going to accept his proposals" she said passing the chicken bucket.

"Soon, just waiting for the right time. You know how dad is.." Elena knew before accepting his proposal she need to make a nice image of Lucas so she could introduce him to her parents.

"Yes....you are right. Lucas definitely needs to work hard" Maira said and they carried on with her food.

"When we will go shopping....The party is on sunday" Elena wanted Maira to guide her in selecting the dress.

"Saturday evening after work. Even Daniel is going for seminar, so I'll be free" Maira knew Elena had zero sense of fashion. If it was not her ,she would go to party like a kid going for some birthday.

"Thank you..... " Elena hugged her making her sit still and laugh at her cute gesture.

Lucas penthouse

Lucas who was struggling to sleep decided to go and read something. Everytime he tried to forget Elena talking on phone with her friends, he still couldn't.

Even Ron explain him that it must her friend with whom she would have talked ,but he knew she had only one friend and that was Maira, but why would she talk to her in blushing.

"Ahh.... sunshine you are making me go nuts" he pulled his hair in frustration, removed a book from the bookshelf to read.

He thought maybe reading would divert his mind but no it didn't work. Keeping the book back her tried to concentrate on his breathing by doing breath in and breath out exercise.

The time he felt that it was working....but again the scene came back. Getting up in anger in wanted to call her himself and ask, but he stopped thinking she must have gone to sleep.

Getting back on his bed he opened her picture and kept looking at it. This had become his new habits, whenever he would feel that he was not able to convey her anything he would talk to her picture.

"Sunshine.... you are only mine and don't think of anyone accept me" he looked at the photo and smile. "You must be thinking I'm mad but you don't know what you mean to me and I can't loose you to anyone... So be a good girl".
