To be honest I always thought that something was kind of odd about Djane, the way she would talk sometimes like an old woman, her manners, so much gentleness, delicates, the way she can control her emotion, her temper, the way she could stay calm at any situation without flinching it felt like years of decades of training. like the other day she said I smelled your perfume and even when she said your heartbeat doesn't match your face none of those matches a human behavior. when Elise was taking care of my cut, she looked so sad and anxious and when she asked me if I saw something she had her head down but I could clearly see the fear in her face, after everything that happens today, I should be the way making that face and be scared not them.

I left the house today after what happened today, I needed answers, so I decided to go the library that's a couple blocks away maybe thirty minutes away, so I took Djane's car without permission not that I had other choices but, I don't drive and I wasn't going to walk all the way to the library I hope when I get back, she won't get mad at me.

she went to the library in a hurry, when she got inside, she asked the librarian a lot of question about what kind of books talk about people with eyes turning red when they see blood, people that's strong and might be able to hear things from far away or have a sensitive sense of smell. the librarian was pretty skeptical and says.

'' You know ma'am if you want books about vampires, you could just say so no needs that much of details to just say vampires.''

''Vampires?'' said Lauren dumbfounded '' You got to be kidding me, right? you just said vampires I'm here to search for normal explanation things not fairytales.'' she yelled from frustration.

''If you think any of what you just said right now was normal then guess you need to take time and hear yourself first vampire books are in the line twelve second shelf on the right so now if you'll excuse me now, I have other customer to attend to.'' said the librarian annoyed.

Lauren gets off the line mad and started to walk at the library, she went to the line number twelve and started to search for vampires' book, she couldn't believe she's looking for such kind for her vampires were just stories they tell kids to scare them, but she took some books, more about how to recognize them, what's their power and how to know for sure and if it's real or not? she spend hours in the library, looking and reading all the answers she could find.

Djane

Here I am in the house looking at my sisters sad and disappointed so am I, but I won't cry not this time she deserves better anyway I always knew that I'm too dirty, too rotten with a lot of sin she was all the contrary she was the stars in the sky glowing pure beautiful seems so close and so far at the same time. I enjoyed and took advantage of every moment because I knew they wouldn't last; I knew she would leave eventually and go find someone better, but I didn't think it would be that soon.

Elise and Marine were pace out the room didn't know how to console Djane, what to say or even how to say it, they knew their sister was hurting even though she tried to hide and be strong deep down they knew. they were all in the living room with a glass of whiskey each of them, Djane face down looking at her new glass with an empty stare and her sister each one at her side, they were all hurting Marine gets up and smash the wall.

''This is totally absurd! I know she might be scared but did she had to ditch us like that?''

''Calm down Marine, put you at her shoes you would have probably do the same thing we can't blame her. we kept it from her this whole time'' said Elise sad

''I know but, it's not something we can say that easily. it's not like we didn't trust her, but she just wasn't ready.'' Marine's respond head down

''It's okay guys, it's for the best anyway. I know it's been a few months, but we had our little and our little happiness it's the end now that's life nothing last forever.''

''You should do something Djane go chase after her or something don't give up that easily I mean, you love her right? 'said Marine with motivation

Djane gets up without saying a word and head to her room Marine wanted to stop her and make her listen, but Elise holds her up and shake her head.

''Leave her Marine she needs to be alone for now, it's over.''

''but, but'' stuttering Marine with tears in her eyes '' She not copying this at all Elise I thought... I thought we read the sign and made the good decision this time.''

Elise hugs her big sister in her arms and looking at Djane leaving the living room lifeless.
