As my eyes got locked with Calix's my heart began to pound in my chest.

Fevery feeling began to grow in my body as I started feeling a little hot.

The sweet soft scent of lavender and vanilla began to spread around the hall and all of the sudden, every single person in the hall shot their heads in my direction.

They looked at me like they were going to devour me.

Among them, there were many whose eyes began to glow and their pupils sharpened.

"Heat," I heard someone say.

The fever in my body suddenly rose and the scent of Vanilla and Lavender got even stronger.

The next moment a number of guards came in and tried to control the Alpha's that were on me.

It was tough.

As we were about to exit, I glanced back at the raving Alpha's but I couldn't see Calix.

I darted my eyes around and at the very final moment, I saw him back on the stairs, making his way out of the hall.

He had his nose pinched and his eyes were glowing with lust.

I felt nauseous.

Latte got me out of the mansion and we ran all the way to the front gate where she stopped.

"Go," She said, "I have to go back in." She said and ran back inside.

For a moment, I stood in a daze.

What have I done?
