After a moment of hesitation, Leon finally gives in. He raised the hand that was holding the apple and he took a bite, making sure to only eat a tiny bit in case the apple is really poisoned

It was better to be safe than sorry and if not for the possible benefits that this apple would give to Leon, he wouldn't even think of eating it

After taking a tiny bite on the opposite side where Rezen bit, Leon moved the apple from his mouth first to check his body

Rezen was internally panicking. He can only hope that the Poisoned Apple would be effective even against a 6th fusion rank mage. And if the apple has to be eaten fully before it takes effect... Rezen can't help but sweat. He doesn't know how the apple shows its effect as he sneakily consumed a recovery pill along with it
