CHAPTER 44: MY BEST FRIEND..
As they descended the stairs towards the dining table. Mrs Wechuli entered, he was surprised to see his son still in the house.
"Mum, are you returning from the party...? Mrs Wechuli didn't let him finish as he asked him.
"You can't even greet me? No l come back early but since you were busy enjoying your time with my daughter in-law l left for the market" she lied.
"Hahaaa, you are kidding me mum? With the same clothes? Where are the groceries?
"Stop asking mum many questions she already told you love,let's go" Ivana chipped in because she didn't want the mood to be spoiled.
"I gave the maid the grocery, if you don't mind l will be in my room son"
She left them standing like fools,Paul wanted to tell her that they are going out for fresh air but decided not to. After role he is a grown up man now and already married.
Paul obened the G-wargon door for his wifey to enter. He sat on the driver seat and accelerated out of the compound.
Mrs Wechuli sighed as she saw them drive out. ' hope my son won't find out, l don't want him to ruin my plans this early' she thought as she closed the curtain. She took a bath and relaxed on her king sized bed thinking about her next plan.

After Mrs Wechuli leaving the party premises two women were left behind. They were seated near the pool as they sipped wine in their glasses.
"Can you imagine the woman who had just left some minute ago is my best friend". Miss Eva said
"Really?" Mrs Barasa asked.
"Yes she is my best friend since my primary scho, we went to similar highschool. But got separated from each other when we joined college.". She narrated..
" But you don't look like best friends when you are together, you behave like acquittances"
" You we reconnected after the death of her husband". If only l had studied business administration like her l will be in the same business position like her" Miss Eva said.
"What do you mean by that Eva!?, Don't you like the business that we do or you meant something else" Mrs Barasa asked. She was getting agitated with the way Eva is talking.
"Don't get me wrong boss lady, talking of business, l want her to partner with us, so that when we want to 'clean the money' we won't have a problem"
" That's a good idea, we are almost running out with the place for 'cleaning our money', what are you waiting for make a business proposal for her".
"It's almost 3 years now, l have been talking with her, but she told me not yet. But yesterday she had told me to wait until the legal process of owning Luhyahood is finished then she will give me feedback" Miss Eva said.
"You mean this friend of yours is this madly rich?"
" Yes, l could be like her now if only l did a business course. We won't be waiting for her feedback.
"Don't worry only a fool will refuse this business, she will agree Eva give her time as she had said".
They continued drinking as they chit chat. 'l can't wait for you to agreeing doing business with us, l will be rich and then destroy you only santan knows. l will be patiently be waiting on your feedback'. Eva thought as she smiled to miss Barasa.
She have been planning on destroying Mrs Wechuli for long time. What she needed was introducing her to illegal business.
