CHAPTER 238:NOT HAPPY TO SEE ME
Several months passed, Ivana and her boys were doing very well. The boys were very health, and everyone knew that they were real twins. She had told Milka to go back to work in her fashion shop. Milka was still living with them despite the fact that she was going to work.
Sometimes Ivana drops by to check on them, when they have run out of fabrics and linen. Sammy have been visiting the boys every month. Only this month he was not able to because they went for a business meeting in nigeria that was to last for three months.
Ivana was able to meet her mother in-law, she talked to her about the divorce. During that time of the conversation Mrs Wechuli acted to be surprised that Paul had divorced Ivana yet he have been sending her to check on Ivana.
"I have no idea that you are divorced,my son have been asking me to check on you everyday?" Mrs Wechuli Said.
"Maybe he is just wasting your time, we are divorced. So I don't know what his agenda is!" Ivana said.
"I don't know what to say anymore, bit all the best in whatever you are doing," she said.
Ivana smiled at her and said, "I hope your son will marry a girl that he loves not a woman that is forced to him."
She had told Ivana that she had no idea that Paul signed the divorce papers. So Mrs Wechuli decided to act along, she informed Paul that she was able to talk to Ivana and she was doing fine. She lied to him that Ivana misses him alot. She even send the picture she took of Ivana secretly to Paul to show that indeed she meet her.
'How can my son forget that you are divorced. He would not have been pestering me to come and check on you everyday,' She thought.
Paul was surprised with the way Ivana have transformed. She was abit fat and her face was extra smooth. What he didn't know was that it was the effect of giving birth.
"Hey Mike you won't believe it,my mum finally send a picture of Ivana," Paul said happily.
"Let me check out,"Mike said as he took Paul's mobile phone. "She have started to gain weight mehn she is very gorgeous," Mike commented.
"I can't wait to be done with school, I am ready to woo and pursue her to be mine again. I will do anything and everything to have Ivana in my life," Paul said as he stared at Ivana's picture.
"Me too I miss my friend Mish, I will have to confess my feelings to her when I go back home. I miss her and staying a distance away from her. Made me realize that I am in love with her," Mike said.
"You can confess your feelings to her through a call. You are very lucky that she picks your calls unlike me mehn," Paul surgested.
"Confessing romantic feeling to a girl must be special. I want to see how she reacts, her facial expressions and gestures is important so your suggestion is invalid," Mike said.
Paul scoffed then said," You are the one at lose here? Do you think that Mish will be waiting for you. To go back to the country and confess your feelings to her. What will you do when you find her already moved on?"
Mike chuckled and said," Neither you Paul, you are not safe at all. Remember you denied Ivana publicly. What if she gets married to another man?"
"Hahaaaaa in your dreams mehn! Ivana loves me. That was not the first time I have cheated on her. I know she will come back to me although she will try playing hard to get," Paul said with pride.
"Today's world is different, she can chose any path to follow. For now I will reserve my comment. I will wait until we go back to our country," Mike said.
Back to Mrs Wechuli....
So after Mrs Wechuli have killed two birds with one stone,she visited Mr Mukhongo. She was so happy knowing that Ivana and Paul are divorced. So that gave her the happiness if owning the company without the fear of Ivana maybe finding out that she was the one who snatched the company from her illegally.
She didn't call Mr Mukhongo because she wanted it to be a surprise visit. Something else she was going to ask him of the legal papers of the company. It was a high time she keeps the papers herself.
So Mr Mukhongo as usual he was relaxing in his sitting room when he heard a vehicle pulling over in his compound. He stood up to check whoever was coming in because he was not expecting anybody on that day. His heart skipped abit when he saw Mrs Wechuli stepping out of the car. On that day they have closed the work earlier and left the company to come home and relax. He had no idea that Mrs Wechuli will drop bye.
"Helo.... hello I am here to celebrate my happiness with you, are you ready?" Mrs Wechuli said as she walked in the house.
"Hey Carol, why didn't you tell me like you are dropping by?" Mr Mukhongo asked.
"Why should I tell you or ask you? I am coming in the house of my love. You forgot that we have feelings for each other?" Mrs Wechuli said.
'I am the one who have feelings for you Carol. I have never heard you confessing your feelings to me. What are you up to Carol, hope I will not fall for your trap' Mr Mukhongo thought.
"Are you not happy to see me? If so you can tell me then I will go back and celebrate alone," Mrs Wechuli.
"No it's not that way ofcourse I am happy to see you," Mr Mukhongo said as he stood up and walked towards her. He pulled her closer as he leaned in for a kiss but Mrs Wechuli turned her lips away.
"Not so fast handsome,how about we start with this," she said as she removed Rendez Vous apple wine and John walker as he placed on the table. "You know where we will end up to after taking it," she said with a smugly smile.
