CHAPTER 205:BACK PAIN.
Days moved on pretty fast Ivana was tired spending her entire day lying in bed. Although the doctor have adviced her to have much rest because she was having a high risk pregnancy and she was carrying twins too.
So after Mish and the girls have left for their respective places of work, Ivana was alone in the house. She started feeling mild back pain and she started being worried. Although only one month was remaining for her to deliver, she have read in some books that first pregnancy is always trick and one can give birth at eight months. So she decided to visit her obstetrician in the hospital.
She woke up and walked to the kitchen in search for Rhoda. She wanted to send her to Charo, if he was not yet back. She will have to drive herself to the hospital and another place that she will love to go. Fortunately for her she found Charo in the kitchen with Rhoda having breakfast.
"Good morning Ma'am" Rhoda greeted.
"Good morning ma'am Ivana." Charo greeted.
"Good morning to you." She answered.
"Do you want something ma'am" Rhoda asked.
"No, thank you I am fine." She answered Rhoda with a smile.
"Charo prepare the car in the next ten minutes I am leaving." She said to Charo who was taking breakfast in the kitchen.
"Okay Ma'am,"
Ivana left for her bedroom again to prepare herself. She checked the time on her cephone and she was not surprised to see a text from Paul
"I think I had blocked you, so you have tried your best to unblock yourself. I see now I have become an important person to you." She murmured to herself as she opened the message to read.
"Hey wifey it have been long since I heard from you, I miss you, I miss your voice Ivana. I have sent my mother to check in you several times, I don't know if she have been visiting you? I want to here it from you,how are you doing? I know you are busy kindly reply to me when you are free.- your husband Paul.
" I don't know why you keep referring to yourself as my husband yet we are divorced. Did you sign the divorce papers while drunk? I don't care, as long as you already signed it." She talked to herself then undressed and walked to the bathroom.
'I will never have time for you Paul, you never liked me, you never wanted me. I guess you should ask Slyvia to do that.' she thought as she opened the shower.
After ten minutes she was already dressed she walked slowly out of her room. Locked it and descended the stairs slowly too, she didn't want to drop and fall because it will be the death if her.
She walked outside the mansion and she found the car already opened for her. She sat in and after Charo have closed the car door and sat on the driver's seat she said to him,"Take me to the hospital then after that you will drive me to the mall, I want to check on the girls before I come back to the house."

"Doctor, I am sorry that I didn't inform you about my coming but I hope I am not distracting you." Ivana said
"I am your obstetrician and you are paying me for that so no need to apologise Miss Bombwe. So anything new that you have noticed recently?" Dr Masika asked.
"Yes doctor, today very early in the morning I am experiencing mild back pain. I have been taking enough rest so I don't know what's up."
"Okay come and lie here on the examination table. I want to examine your babies through the fetus monitor." Dr. Masika said.
Ivana stood up and laid on the examination table as adviced the doctor examined her then when he finished he said."
The thing is your babies have started moving down in the cervix in preparation to get out. Next month is your month to have the babies so do some mild exercise and continue taking enough rest. Don't thing much about going into labour, just relax." Dr. Masika adviced.
"It's okay doctor I will do as you say." Ivana said as she stepped down from the examination table.
'I am so excited to have you my love,finally you will be out after nine months of being inside me. I can't sit to hold you in my arms and see you, hope you will not take after your father.' Ivana thought.
"What are you thinking, I told you not to worry because everything will be okay." Dr Masika said when he saw Ivana spacing out.
"No, I a just excited that finally my cargo is going to be delivered after nine months of patiently waiting." Ivana said happily.
"Haha you are funny,if you feel anzy form of pain visit me quickly okay." The doctor said and that was the polite way to say to her that he have another work to do.
"Thank you doctor I will be on my way now." Ivana said and stood up and left the room.
She walked to where the car was and sat in, she already told Charo where to take her next after the hospital. So she leaned back on the seat and relaxed.
Within no time they arrived at the mall, Ivana got out of the car and walked in the mall to her rented shop. People couldn't stop admiring her Maybach car. Charo went ahead and parked the car in the malls Parking lot.
"You are here today? Woow I guess you can check out the gowns that we have finished sewing." Milka said when she spotted Ivana at the door.
"Yeah today I wanna supervise you myself, how are you doing anyway?" Ivana asked making herself comfortable on the chair.
"I am fine personal." Milka answered
"Me too I am good." Stacy said.
"I have missed to see your beautiful face Ma'am Ivana, I think today I will have strength now that you are here." Gloria said.
"I am too busy making this dress to notice you ma'am Ivan," Nekesa said as she did the opposite. She stood up and walked to Ivana and hanged her.
